I ask for a refund, they tell me to send the shoes back. I sent the shoes back and I didn t hear from them anymore.

I am from Bulgaria and this company have a really good employess working in Bulgaria by a mistake i put wrong address and also i made the same order 2 times but they're representative give me a call to inform me and to ask if it was a mistake. I was very impresed with what detais they were whaching on my order. Well resevered 5 starts.Execellent customer service.

This company is a fraud. They do not deliver on time, it is impossible to reach them by phone in fact there is no customer service. Don't buy from them!

Euromart is a seller that operates in every country.
In every country they have a nice website and Facebook page in the language of the country, which makes it seem as if they are also based in that country.
Nothing could be further from the truth, it is Chinese junk that is sold centrally all over the world.
They say they deliver immediately, but the delivery time is approx. 3 weeks, which makes sense when it has to come from China...
They also have a nice page with contact options, but when you want to contact them they just don't respond.

This is a bogus company, selling the worst hiking boots ever made. When they finally arrived from bulgaria.... late... I wore them twice and they split. Tried to contact them, but seems the UK website has gone, or they have ability to block you from their site.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. if you want great boots, try xpeti outdoors. Wish I had gone to them first

The worst online shopping experience ever. Cheaply made product as high costs. No access to returns and you're basically stuck with the rubbish product you buy from these Internet pirates.

Low quality and not serios approach regarding returns. I am waiting for almost 1month to get my money back from returning the very low quality shoes I bought from them :((((

First of all the quality of their products are below average. I've ordered 2 pairs of hiking boots.
Actually my mom did as a birthday present. The size 41 was too small, the size 42 was way too big. The difference was 2 sizes, not 1. I decided to send both pairs back so I called the customer service at least 10 times, but there wasn't any response. I also texted them, but no one answered. But the most shocking part is that you need to send you parcel to Bulgaria. In order to send your parcel back you need to pay at least 35 Euros. Price of one pair. Shocking, isn't it?

First pair fell to bits within 5 weeks and the second pair

soon after
Contacted CS to be told that

I had over used them and

had put them through undue stress which caused them to

fall apart
And due to me abusing them I could not be given a refund
I can't for the life of me see
how driving for 6 hrs a day and getting in and out of van is undue stress
Avoid this company like your life depends on it

I've placed my 1st order. So far so good.
However after seeing these reviews I am extremely concerned I regards quality and contacting anyone if I am not happy and require a refund.
I really hope they are good quality as I have seen many shoes/trainers I am looking to purchase.
