I was surprised to receive my first order in a couple of days. However, wasn't too happy with the second order because of the delay in dispatching my my order. I would have appreciated a response of out of stock when I ordered. On the whole, it wasn't a bad experience.

bought a pair of shoes on May 14th, till May 25th did not get any response, call on WhatsApp and emailed but no response, luckily paid via pay pall, so contact pay pall, get response, then got refund, and email me sorry it's is out of stock, how out of stock product they can sell, looking fake website, or selling fake items, because not responding, even later they removed Pay pall, pls don't buying anything from euromart,

Bargain designer shoes and only took a few days to be delivered

I had a horrible experience with this faceless company called Euro mart. The shoes I bought was supposed to be black for my job but I was delivered blue, the texture was the fake St I've ever seen. To make things worse, there is no way to contact them to complain, the WhatsApp number given is never responded to. That was my last purchase from them.

The aspects of the case did not concern you at all - we could return within the 14 days but you declined - it was 10 working days - therefore my comments will stand as you were totally unreasonable
We needed to return trainers that were within 14 days and they were faulty which I omitted to add in my original request to return. The company will not refund us and I feel people should know not to buy and I wish I had looked at so many negative comments on here before making the purchase.

When the shoes arrived they were the wrong colour....the box was labelled correctly but the shoes were red instead of brown. I kept them as the returns process to Bulgaria looked complicated and may have cost me money?

Grand polo trainer looks good in picture was £110 now £32 wow. well I know it's not a real one but wasn't expecting it to be that bad looks plastic smell plastic ordered size 8.5 received size 9 . I will use it when I do my gardening fake fake fake

Been a bit sceptical about this but my husband really wanted to try it so he ordered a pair of polo shoes ! Not sure if they r original or not but the quality is awful! The sole is glued horrible, u can see the glue all over and spaces and stitches coming apart, extra holes next to stitches ….just horrible !

I bought a pair of walking boots 5 months ago and the souls are falling apart my right boots has a big hole in it and the inside fell apart as well so now I do not have a pair of boots to wear at all all I'll say communication to the company now I've just got to wait 24-hours to find out what's going on the boot cost me £39 half price my replacement shoes that I bought from Euromart are showing the sides after shoes I start to come away now now
