I withdrew €20, only after I had approved it, they announced that the feeis €5.95. That is illegal. Their customer service is crap. Its fraud and therefore crime. I reported it to police
BEWARE . Should be criminalised . I needed some cash . Inserted my debit card . They offered an extortionate exchange rate plus an outrageous fixed fee . I chose the NO button . But was forced into... See more

Extremely unclear information on their machine. Thankfully I was able to see the commissions they wanted and was able to cancel the transaction.
Never withdraw money from this…
Never withdraw money from this fraudulent company, withdrawal fees are crazy
scammer company
scammer company. DO not ever widraw money at a Euronet Cash machine..you will lose money big time
Scammers
Scammers, bad conversion rates. After you wanted wanted to withdraw any amount there is only a button to accept this transaction. No button for decline. Mb you can do it on the keypad, however to you it looks like an only option you can do. These f c k r s are profiting on missleading information on the big main screen. Also the support center is either uneducated or educated to be agresive towards customer and telling them wrongful information and blaming their scam on you for some reason
Pure Evil - SCAM!
Terrible ATMs, fraud company, should be shut down and sued for their actions. They are pure evil, charging people a 17.5% fee to take their OWN money out of their own accounts. Fraud. Scam. Evil. Shut them down.
Do not use these atm machines
Do not use these atm machines. There are hidden costs and fees that ARE NOT DISPLAYED on the screen. For withdrawal of 1000 euro, you will be charged 175 euro. Stay away from these machines
A total SCAM!!
A total SCAM!!! Please, NEVER use their ATMs...I still can't believe they're legal and multiplying throughout Europe!
the exchange rate for RSD to EUR at the…
the exchange rate for RSD to EUR at the moment that i exchanged was approx 141rsd=1eur
Watch out for the last screen choice recently added.
I have been using Euronet card machines in Spain for many years. I always choose for my own bank to charge me at their exchange rate rather than opting for euronets exorbitant rate. However, they have now added an extra page which asks AGAIN but in a different and confusing way. I unwittingly chose the wrong button. I chose charge my bank 454.66 GBP instead of charge my bank 454.95 EUR. This cost me £56 more at their rate than my bank would have charged. When using these machines always select the I want my banks conversion rate option and then beware of the new choice they have added to confuse you.
They took my card and my money- avoid at all costs
Tried to lift 150€, it said take.your cash but none appeared. Now having to contest it and they said dont worry we will sort it out in 120 days if i get my bank to come for it!!! Then next dayz at different euronet in same town in Portugal, it swallowed my card and wouldn't give it back. I dont know how they get away with this

At cork airport Ireland did not receive monies dues to leaving card on ATM for too long.
Two weeks later still attempting to get refund.
Do not use.
STAY AWAY FROM THEIR ATMs!!
STAY AWAY FROM THEIR ATMs!!!
I took out DKK 200 on a regular credit card and NO display of any additional fees was done, I had no chance of approving the fee or to cancel. I only knew about the fee when I saw the transaction on my card. This is ILLEGAL in Denmark. Any fees must be CLEARLY stated and the customer given the chance to accept or cancel. A fee of DKK 35.- for a DKK 200.- takeout is ridiculous and I would never have accepted had I known this.
Hidden Fee €6 - NO warning
I was not advised that I would be charged a fee for using an ATM in Bergen, Norway. I am very conscious of fees and I was watching out for the warning/advisory which I did not receive. I was extremely disappointed to have been charged 70NOK almost 6€ for the transaction. If I had known there would be a fee I would have searched for a different ATM. I do not accept this charge.
I GOT MY LESSON
I just used their ATM today in Venice airport-Italy which was in the baggage claim area. 5,95€ fee on a withdrawal of 70€!!!
At NO time the screen displayed any warning of that charge and asking me if I accepted the transaction with that fee, the system just confirmed the whole thing immediately after I chose the amount.
No possibility to get a receipt either!
I just got my 70€(I feel quite lucky compared to other experiences on different reviews I read here) and it was done.
I realised I got charged the 5,95€ on top of my 70€ withdrawal when I saw the notification sent by my bank.
Everyone is free to make a choice to use their ATMs or not, but be warned…Beware.
I will never use an Euronet Worldwide ATM ever again.
EURONET ATM
EURONET ATM DID NOT DISPENSE THE 580 EUROS I REQUESTED.
AFTERWARDS WHEN I CHECKED MY WEB BANKING I WAS POORER BY 580 EUROS PLUS THEIR PREPOSTEROUS 5 EURO COMMISION.
AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!!
Used the ATM in Kavos Greece July
Used the ATM in Kavos Greece July. Once I seen what the fees were I decided not to proceed with the transaction so I pressed cancel transaction and a message appeared on screen confirming this. Several days later I see I was charged for the transaction. I dispute this with my bank my bank then refunded me whilst they disputed this with Euronet. Just had an outcome to say that they dispensed the cash so my dispute was not upheld and bank will now take back the refund. Euronet provided evidence which has clearly been falsified as it said I received my card then received and took the cash which is just not true. I will not accept this and my next step is to go through the police and financial ombudsmen to investigate the matter further. They are total scammers.
If someone has been through something similar can they contact me with what to do please.
Expensive
I took out €20 but it cost me £24.84. €20 euros is about £17. This was in a hotel in Spain. I've been caught out at British airports when withdrawing cash in foreign currency, when will I learn.
Fraud
Hallo. I just did transaction , 700 Euro from ATM at Tarifa.
You charged me 758 CHF.
How come? Swiss Franks is 650 euro, even at you own site!
I accepted 5 euro charge, but this currency exchange is ridiculous!
THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Took out 300 euro at their atm in Cyprus, they charged me 15% of the amount being almost 50 euro! For getting cash from an atm!!! The worst company that exist, feeding of scamming customers, hope they burn in hell with their disgusting business.
Charged 13% ATM Fee in Egypt Without Clear Disclosure
I used a Euronet ATM in Luxor, Egypt on 30 June 2025 and was charged a 310 EGP fee (~13%)—with no clear disclosure or consent. As a tourist, I felt rushed and unsafe due to people nearby, and the interface did not clearly present the fee before completing the transaction.
I contacted Euronet (Case ID 42938 – Egypt) and was told to speak to my bank. My bank (Revolut) are engaging on the dispute but have also noted Euronet's responsibility on this issue. Or lack thereof!
I’ve now filed a formal complaint with Revolut and will escalate to the Financial Ombudsman and MasterCard soon. Euronet has some time to deal with this issue if it chooses to.
This kind of fee structure—especially when not transparently disclosed—is predatory. Avoid Euronet ATMs, especially when traveling abroad.
This is shocking behavior in this day and age especially from a regulated financial company.
