I withdrew €20, only after I had approved it, they announced that the feeis €5.95. That is illegal. Their customer service is crap. Its fraud and therefore crime. I reported it to police
BEWARE . Should be criminalised . I needed some cash . Inserted my debit card . They offered an extortionate exchange rate plus an outrageous fixed fee . I chose the NO button . But was forced into... See more

Con artists - do not use
On a trip to Hungary Budapest May 2023, i used an atm at the airport. The fees were high and i cancelled. They charged me and insisted the money was dispensed. It was not received by me. I willNEVER use Euronet again and warn others to not use them either
tricky atm
tricky atm, they always want to trick you with exorbitant fees and bad exchange rate. avoid this brand like a plague, their lodo is a big red flag is you want to withdraw money in atm. just use your card to pay, its easier
Predatory ATM fees
I withdrew 300 Euro from one of their ATMs. The screen sneaks in a little message that it will do the conversion for me, and suddenly I am paying a $50 US surcharge to convert to Euro, rather than just letting my bank handle the conversion. So I am paying $372 US rather than $320. What a scam
Scamming ATM machines in Bulgaria!!!

Worst shower I have ever come across
Worst shower I have ever come across.
Last time I ever use their machines and use euronet.
Used the machine, error came up and said payment will not be processed.
Big surprise they took the money, the hoops you have to jump around just to get the money back has been a nightmare.
Useless service and their customer services are incompetent.
Useless doesnt even come come to euronet
AVOID
AVOID. They charged me 17 euros for a 150 euro withdrawal. Just do the math. Nope-ing it forever
I made a cash withdrawal from a Euronet…
I made a cash withdrawal from a Euronet atm in Los Gigantes Tenerife. I absolutely pressed the correct key for the transaction to be processed in Euros & NOT GBP. After receiving the correct amount of cash I was horrified on receiving my receipt to see that the transaction was processed at the GBP rate, which was virtually £1 to 1euro. I made a complaint to Euronet, but they have refused to to make any adjustments. So this transaction has cost me an extra £40 on a 400 euro withdrawal. I will avoid Euronet like the plague in future, and take the mater up with my bank on my return.
They change for a limit of 150€ per…
They change for a limit of 150€ per transaction they are fool
DO NOT USE EURONET ATMs unless you are…
DO NOT USE EURONET ATMs unless you are prepared to pay excessive charges. I withdrew EUR 500 from the Euronet ATM in Tesco's, Headford, Ireland. Screen advised that EUR 4 would be charged, however, due to the excessive exchange rate applied by Euronet, the charge was actually equivalent to EUR 45. No receipt was given. I queried this with Euronet via their website and they advised that they had charged in accordance with their guidelines.
Total scam!!!
When visiting Croatia the cash machines exchange rate was €1.12 to the pound and the cash machine charge was €9.95 (which I agreed) but for £250 euro we were changed £290.80! The total pounds should have been £223.21 so we paid an extra £57.64. This happened on two occasions. My home bank don’t add any charges so they all came from Euro net?? Missold currency or fraud?
Seemingly there is nothing my bank can do and told me the machine has gave me a dollar exchange rate instead of pound. I was using a British bank card in Croatia so why would my exchange be in dollars?!?!
Money taken but no cash dispensed
I went to an Euronet ATM in the Moabit area of Berlin and wanted to withdraw 20 euros. When I saw the conversion rate, I immediately clicked 'cancel'. The ATM took my money anyway and no cash was dispensed.
A company that takes advantage of people
I believe Euronet to be a predatory company and a scam. Went to withdraw some euros with my American debit card. Asked to withdraw 200 euro. When I saw the conversion rate, I cancelled the transaction. I began to walk away but I heard the machine whirring as though it were dispensing cash. I looked back and saw it did not cancel my transaction but instead dispensed three times the amount of money I requested: 600 euro. When I looked at my bank, they charged a $109 fee on top of the amount I didn’t request for the transaction I cancelled. These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
Dishonest, Pathetic Scumbags. AVOID.
Went to exchange my money in Prague, their exchange rate is a complete scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. They charge you extra money on top, labelling it as "conversion fees" which comes out at 15%. COMPLETE SCAME, AVOID.
Terrible
Terrible! Has over 15% of hidden fees that are not displayed up front.
Complete rip-off
Complete rip-off. I stupidly went to their atm as I needed cash for our tour director. I withdrew 800 euros and was charged a 200 dollar fee. I chose the conversion rate in euros and it defaulted to US dollars. $200 fee? Tried to fill out a complaint form online and of course it would not “submit”. I am furious. These guys should be shut down.
these guys are scammers
these guys are scammers, avoid them at al cost.
I withdrew €150 in Amsterdam and it…
I withdrew €150 in Amsterdam and it charged me €22 apart from the €3,95 fee. I called the customer service and the man told me they cannot do anything about it.
borderline SCAM
borderline SCAM - avoid at all cost.
The most expensive way to withdraw money.
Euronet ATM is a scammer
Euronet ATM is a scammer! I used my debit card to withdraw EUR 200 through a Euronet ATM at Rome Fiumicino Airport on May 28,2023. It didn’t show the exchange rate during the extraction. After done, I found they charged me transaction fee £3.95 Eur and USD 250.08! Their exchange rate is 1USD = 0.8155 Eur. In fact, the rate of the day is 1USD = 0.93Eur!!!
Robbed in Corofin by this company
I'm Corifim, Ireland wh has only one ATM machine. I withdrew 300 Euros from my American credit union. There was an up charge of over 12%. My bill for the 300 euro withdrawal was 379.85 euros. I was shocked this is allowed in the EU or Ireland. First time to be legally robbed at a ATM machine. Plan ahead and withdraw from a bank ATM.
