Don't take your car here if you are a woman, ever!

Lies, lies and more lies. Don't bother writing to them either, they won't even acknowledge your letter. 3 different stories as to what was wrong (they did a bodge job the first time) - lied to me, lied to my partner and the 'person' on reception is the worst of them all. Limited technical knowledge. My partner got the part required for £ 30 (new), they wanted over £ 300. Took them days to even offer a courtesy car (which was a heap of junk). No apologies. I think they think if you are a woman they can rip you off, that's the impression they give. They lied to a friend who went there too, they didn't even bother trying to repair her tyre, just charged her and let her try to drive off on it, still flat.
