What an absolute pleasure to deal with
What an absolute pleasure to deal with. I has initial difficulties creating and account which was resolved very quickly by a real person on the other end of the phone....no really a real person. The they took the time to review my order with me and confirm it was the correct part and said that they would do what they could to get out that day despite the order being late in the day due to the account issue. I then received updates direct to my email address on the order status picked, packed, in despatch and collected by courier. Clearly a company that values the customer more than cost reductions and a glossy website...BTW the website is superb as well.

Shipping Omissions
When we were informed of the shipment leak, at first we were worried about what would happen.
However, my worries were alleviated somewhat by the prompt provision of information by the person in charge.
Problems do happen. I think the important thing is to show the situation and the steps to be taken to solve it.
In this sense, I would like to thank the person in charge for doing a good job.
However, it is true that it was four days past the original schedule, which was disappointing. I hope this will not happen again in the future.

I've looked into your order and I can see that there was an extended delay and for this I sincerely apologise.
I can see that due to an error with the Freight company our delivery from Italy arrived at the wrong hub which caused an extended delay before arriving to our warehouse.
As soon as our consignment arrived I can see that the goods were turned around the same day and despatched out to you via FedEx Express however I do appreciate that this extended delay meant our service was not up to our usual standard.
I do apologise for this and if you can please get in contact with feedback@eurospares.co.uk then we can look to rectifying this.
