Nice to be able to work from manufacturers parts number so reducing the possibility of errors. Pricing is reasonable but not very clear that most of the orders are coming from Germany. This means an added delivery cost and longer than usual delay in receiving the items

I was unhappy about the quality of the part I received but the quality team at Euspares responded brilliantly to my complaint. They sent all the paperwork to return the part for a full credit and also kindly gave me a credit voucher that I can use on future orders.
They were excellent and it has changed my opinion completely, they truly deserve a 5 star rating

Surprisingly helpful
I own a 1993 Peugeot and it can be a pain getting the right spares because of the age of the vehicle. Euspares made it easy to identify the correct parts, and was not expensive.

Delivery Takes Too Long
Website says items will be "sent within 1-2 working days". Been over 7 days since I ordered and Evri tracking status still showing "We're expecting it". Won't use again, especially when paying £8.45 for delivery.

Also note, that the tracking information may be not updated for a few days. The tracking information will be updated after the package crosses the UK border. This is typical for international shipping. Please remember that we deliver goods from Germany, so the shipping is more expensive and takes longer than from your local store.
We insure every parcel, regardless of its volume and value. This increases the shipping cost but it also allows us to provide a higher quality of services, which is very important to us. Moreover, we offer shipping at our costs on big orders.
