Parts look very good quality and really quick delivery excellent communication couldn't fault EUspares

Painfully slow delivery. As everyone else suggests here, only use this company if you are willing to wait for your car parts (something most people aren't able to predict). Our order was placed on 01 May 2022 and is yet to arrive in the U.K. so far as we can see. This is entirely unclear on the website and the company should make it clear that although the items are despatched within a few days, that is not in local territory (presumably from the Continent / E.U.) therefore it will take weeks rather than days to receive the delivery. Nightmare. Will update once package arrives. Would not have a problem if the company was clear and set-out this before purchase.

Update; products arrived some 11 days later. Not too bad considering weekends and bank holidays but still, not the 2-3 days the site alludes to. HOWEVER, I ordered a matching pair of Left/Right parts (track rod ends) and they've sent two different ones. Both fit and work, but are not the same. One has grease nipple and castellated nut but the other appears a cheaper version. Not great at all and now knowing how expensive returns to the EU would be, its fair to say I won't use the company again. AVOID.

Avoid like the Plague; you will in fact be dealing with the nightmare company AUTODOC AG based in Berlin!

uses a .co.uk domain name but parts are shipped slowly from germany. You should notify your customers before purchase otherwise they may end up with customs fees to pay.

This is a company that will not accept any responsibility.
They sold me a defective oil filter that after three months of operation exploded and destroyed the turbo of the car and damage the crank shaft total damage 5,000 euros. They offer me 10 euros for the cost of filter.
Their products are garbage all they care is make money.
18/2/2022...Your response is not sincere you caused 5,000 euros damage and you think the 10 euros compensation will solve the problem.
You need to stop selling defective products and be ready to pay consequencial compenstaion when the products are defective

DECENT REPLACEMENT AT GOOD PRICE BUT MIRROR REPLACEMENTS WAS FOR A LEFT HAND DRIVE MODEL.

Order both front amd rear brake pads/shoes for my 2003 Smart 450. They arrived promptly and were a straight swap for the old ones. Very reasonable price for a well known make, Brembo. Would use this company again in the future.

A wide selection of new spare parts and good service. I ordered an electric window motor assembly to be sent to Spain, but using the UK site in English. The part was dispatched from Germany so no issues with customs compared to buying from the UK.

I needed a replacement front grille after an incident with a deer! Euspares had the best price amongst the very few suppliers that stocked the Dacia grille that I needed. The grille wasn't too badly damaged so I wasn't in too much of a hurry for the replacement. Due to some of the reviews on here I was expecting to have to wait around a month (which I wasn't bothered about). It arrived ten days after ordering which I think is pretty decent for shipping from Europe taking Covid and the Brexit farce into consideration. The part also fitted well!

They sent the wrong parts of a totally different car and when I got In touch they asked me to return the parts but it was going to cot me more than the parts were worth to do this. They should send postage labels and pay the packaging. Not a good company to trade with I’m out of pocket and would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Worst company ever , do not order from them it’s like ordering from China . On their website it states parts will be delivered in 4-5 days , waited over 2 weeks for the part still not here , contacted the company no reply’s , l should have checked the reviews before ordering , terrible company using COVID-19 as an excuse for their bad customer service . If you are considering buying , I suggest you don’t buy at all , I will be asking for a refund and looking for the part on eBay
