Awful
Awful, bough a new headlamp for my car from their UK website and they sent me the EU left hand drive lamp. Of course I only figured that out once the light was mounted! No replacement or refund offered.

Very bad service
So far, it has taken 22 days since placing an order for a small part which I am sure was in stock. Despite 3 emails from me, and cursory responses from euspares, I still do not have my part. It may be their fault, or the courier, but they are responsible for very poor service. I’m not convinced their staff take ownership of the problem, just fob off with a few pointless words.

I've had a terrible experience with this company yes there prices are low how ever there delivery time and customer service are terrible they have charged me for my parts and now 2 weeks in no parts. I spoke to customer service there telling me my parcel has been lost that's a lie I believe my parcel was never sent I needed the parts as my car is broken down I'd rather pay more money in the UK then use this company ever again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Also this company is part of Auto doc they claim there in the UK and have a .co.UK website and a UK number but it's a foreign company auto doc has such bad reviews .

Update #2: So I am annoyed for the fact that EUSpares tried to flag this review claiming this was a in-genuine experience. Trust pilot has requested I email all documents and as such I have submitted accordingly from day I paid for my order, the lengthy processing and fact for not having the car part in stock even though their website indicated it was in stock, to the shipping delays from in which two couriers seemed to have been used. The last courier that handled my packaged indicated it was delivered but in fact it was delivered 3 days later than posted on their tracking website. Good thing I left this review at 3 stars despite giving a first update of finally receiving the part a whole month later. I am however tempted to turn this into a 1 star given the unnecessary flagging.
Update: Part has finally reached on April 29th 2021. Thank you Euspares.
I inquired about a right axle for my older model Volvo XC90 which the company said they have in stock and would fit my model.
Paid for order on 31st March, there was a delay of two weeks stating they're getting it from their supplier, then claimed it was shipped on the 16th April.
I received two shipment notifications from the GLS Group one from Parcelforce (not sure if its the same package handling company or joint of some sort) it states that my package has been delivered on the 26th April 2021 in Aldershort but there is no other notifications if this is going to be forwarded to my address stipulated in my order in Egham, Surrey, England.
I really needed this part for my car so I'm praying that it actually is going to be delivered to the correct address as i placed in my order. It's the 27th April 2021.
Waiting for some sort of update on the courier page for any indication whatsoever now.

Avoid if possible
German company. Parts arrived wrong.. when asked, they said I should have type my reg in to get correct part... I told them i had done. They then told me that feature doesnt really work and i should have type my VIN into the system. They will only accept the return for a refund if i pay the return cost. (they will not reimburse me either). They said I should have bought insurance that cover me for if they send the wrong part.. As i hadnt. Its my fault and they wont help. Unless I pay for a return for a part they sent that is not as described. The return cost would outweigh the refund amount... So im stuck..

German supplier
Beware. This is a German company masquerading as a UK supply. I was caught out and only realised after I had paid. Parts took 3 weeks to arrive, didn’t fit despite being recommended for the make model and year? Returned the part using Royal Mail. Finally received a refund 8 weeks after I had first placed the order. I would not use these people again. In addition, they have a few other co.uk websites, UK telephone numbers as well, all the same company.

Absolute rubbish , I ordered on the 6th january, 2021, received an email the day after the part is packed and ready for shipping, it didn't move from that status for 2 weeks, then its with the shippers,near Potsdam in Germany, no movement, tried contacting Euspares by phone, number not connecting, I have had to buy the parts in the UK, as I need my vehicle on the road, not waiting for excuses to why they aren't here, 20 days and no notice at all,
I have been contacted by Helgar Reiser the Customer Service Manager, who explained the situation with the delivery company being stopped from being exported by the state, under their Covid restrictions, I have been given a full refund and the order cancelled 👍. Thanks Helga for your assistance

AVOID EUSPARES LIKE THE PLAGUE
Turns out that euspares are a subsidiary of the terrible german company “autodoc” and as a result the customer service and care are non existent. 4 weeks after placing my order nothing has arrived, after requesting an update i was told “heres the couriers number ask them” dont be tricked by the .co.uk website. This is the third time ive had issues with this awful excuse of a business. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
