Everest pharmacy advertise help & advice rather than GP visit.
After waiting in queue to be seen i was told by the Pharmacist to go A&E ...I was asking her to look at wound on leg & advice how to treat it or recommend cream...she wouldn't look as it was nearly 6pm close...she was not concerned & did not want to advise me of the best way forward...i asked her to address my leg wound NOT my request for tetanus which i understood was not available...very disappointed & will not use Everest again as on previous occasions they have mixed up prescriptions & have a lack of tolerance approach to customers who ask questions.
I don't wonder A&E are manic

Our understanding is that you attended the pharmacy because you were concerned about a possible exposure to tetanus and were seeking advice. As we only provide tetanus vaccinations for travel purposes, we advised you to attend A&E, as anyone who may have been exposed to tetanus should be assessed promptly for appropriate post-exposure treatment. This was the safest advice we could give based on the information provided.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry if our explanation did not come across as clearly or compassionately as we intended.

last week i bought a pill holder with the days of the week on for my husband. after his heart attack he needs a lot of pills. I paid for the pill holder with my apple wallet so i had proof of postage. I took it back this morning for an exchange or refund because my husband decided it’s too big. It was unopened and in the condition i bought it. Imagine my surprise when they refused to exchange or refund because, although i have proof of purchase, i never asked for a paper receipt! furthermore i was quite shocked that the assistant didn’t have the manners to apologise. With several pharmacists in the area I strongly recommend that Everest Queens Road is not your pharmacist of choice.
Having reported this incident on Trustpilot I did receive a very courteous and kind response from their senior staff. glad to know the staff at the branch are receiving further training.

I had ear suction treatment to clear…
I had ear suction treatment to clear the wax from my ears. The pharmacist was very careful and patient with very stubborn wax in one ear and eventually on my third visit managed to release it. She stayed calm all the time.
