The service is second to none. Prescriptions will be ready, when they say they are. If, for whatever reason they aren't complete, the minute they can complete it, they do. Always a cheery smile and a kind word. Fabulous. A big thank you to all the hardworking staff.

I visit regularly at the Everest…
I visit regularly at the Everest Pharmacy in Grove village Manchester.
The staff are always welcoming and waiting to help me. They send me a text message when the prescription is ready so I don’t have to wait in a queue. They also look after my eyes and blood pressure. It was the pharmacist in Everest who after sending me home with a pulse monitor and the results showing a drop in my oxygen level, which was dangerously low while sleeping I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. It turned out I had severe sleep apnea. I owe them everything.

Everest Pharmacy on Wilbraham rd…
Everest Pharmacy on Wilbraham rd Chorlton is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever visited
Sadly it’s the closest to my home so I’ve had to stick with them as I struggle to get about.
This pharmacy was terrible a couple of years ago and closed for refurbishment stating it would be better when re-opened.
This has not been the case
When your prescription is sent to them they take 2/3 weeks before contacting you via text message saying its ready - that’s if they bother to text you
But when you get there there’s only ever half the prescription ready you have to go back 2 or 3 times to get everything.
I’ve tried phoning to see if my prescription is ready and ask if its ALL READY FOR COLLECTION
I’m told yes its all sorted but when you get there some items are still missing and on several 0casions they even lost the complete order and I’ve had to wait for 40 mins for them to make it up again
The phone system is also terrible when you call most of the time you are CALLER NO 5 and even if you hang on for 37minutes like ive done you still remain at CALLER No 5
The staff are very rude and very unhelpful no apologies for delay or false info given to me over the phone. These issues have been the same for the past 2 years ever since they reopened and have not got any better in fact they are probably worse then before, If I had any other choice id go elsewhere but sadly due to ill health I need to stick with the closest pharmacy.
I know what you thinking get them to deliver! I tried this and they don’t inform you when they will be delivering. They only deliver some items and they lose track of what as and hasn’t been delivered. Iv had the same items delivered 2 sometimes 3 times in the space of 2 weeks.
very unprofessional and such bad service DO NOT USE IF YOU CAN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE

COVID VACCINE
2 bookings for a COVID jab,one on the 14th of May at 2.40pm but on arrival first time were told by the Pharmacist that they had run out of vaccine and there was no record of my booking but told by the Pharmacist to come back a week later at 2pm on the 21st of May, so to ensure i was booked in a second time i checked on the Thursday the day before to ensure that i was booked in but told that was no record of me on the vaccine list!
If i cannot get in any where and get COVID as result there may well be serious implications.

Pharmacy appointment
I booked an appointment online for 4pm with the pharmacist. I arrived at 3.55 and was told to take a seat. There was another lady waiting, as we got chatting her appointment was 4pm also?! At 4.20 neither of us had been seen, however several other people received medication when they were directed to the treatment room, I'm assuming they were being treated for drug addiction. I approached the counter and asked how much longer it was likely to be. I was told the pharmacist was busy!! I explained if I had an appointment at 4pm I would expect to have been seen by 4.25......As I took my seat the lady before me was called in, I was then called in at 4.35!!! The pharmacist was lovely although she had to Google my query and then suggested i make an appointment with my doctor. The whole point of this appointment was to avoid the doctors!!Doubt ill use the service again.

I paid 10 pounds to book an appointment in Manchester, as offered on the website. But when I arrived at the Wellington Road pharmacy, they told me they had no appointments for me, that they didn't offer cryotherapy, and that they weren't part of the Evereste pharmacy chain. I called the number in my email and Joana couldn't help me; she said she would call me back and never did. So I wasted time and money for nothing. I want to know how you can rectify this situation.
