Wonderful customer servicw

Finally some actual customer service

Jack contacted us to let us know that our bins weren't collected as they weren't out for them to be emptied, along with a photograph of someone else bins in a different area of the mill we're located in. After explaining this to Jack he confirmed our bin location (not that this has previously been an issue for two and a half years) and attempted to arrange another lift. Although it took longer than we would have liked for the additional lift, it was at least done earlier than our usually schedule.

After several years of having nothing but issues and slow responses, it was refreshing to have some actual customer service from this company.

Strange how I've never been sent a trust pilot review after I've had previous contact with Everflow, usually an issue.....
