Poor Customer service. I ordered a hamper for my Brother who lives in WA on 9th August. The order was acknowledged immediately and by 10 August I was informed that it was ready for despatch. Allowing for delays due to COVID I did not chase until 30 August, my email was unanswered a further email on 3 September also went unanswered. I live in the UK so I had to spoil the intended surprise by asking my Sister in Law to chase up the missing hamper. After several emails and telephone calls a hamper was finally delivered after 41 days on 18 September. The contents are apparently good quality however the surprise was spoilt and I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent to the Company on 22 September. Such poor Customer service is not what I expected after reading other reviews. The gift was meant to cheer up my Brother having being diagnosed with a serious illness but the delays and need for chasing up the Company left us all disappointed.

Part of my order was 'Costal' Tan Wash Bag with Monogram only to receive Men's Leather Toiletries Bag with Personalized Monogram, very disappointed as this was for a dear friend for her birthday,

Very disappointed with the product. Had it monogrammed and the end result was very poor. The font and size of the letters was not the same which resulted in one of the letters being half the size of the others, and it looked cheap and nasty.

A group of us ordered a gift for a friend's 50th birthday and we paid extra to have it delivered on her birthday. When I received confirmation, it said it would deliver one day later. When I contacted the company, they blamed the courier. They then contacted me to explain the order was left in a warehouse and would now be 3 days late! They refunded the money I paid to have it delivered on the birthday date and the rep was very understanding, but nothing will take away the fact that we used this company to let our friend know we were thinking of her on her birthday and this company let us down.

I was able to choose a gift that was very suitable for the occasion and it was delivered on the date that was given to me. It meant a lot to have the delivery on time. I will certainly use Everything But Flowers again.

Excellent service. I ordered a drinks hamper from U.K. For Australia. It arrived on time, the quality was very good. The choice of products are both unusual and inspiring. I will definitely use Everything But Flowers for future gifts.

I purchased the Butlers chocolate box for mothers day. Arrived on time on the day I selected. My wife was well pleased. No hesitation in recommending Everything But Flowers.
