The Food and Wine Hamper

A beautifully boxed and excellently presented hamper. The contents were of good quality and there a tempting selection of goodies. The wine was a good South Australia shiraz. Delivery time was 6 days very good for Far North Qld delivery. Happy to recommend this product and the company Everything But Flowers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Apologies for the missing card on your hamper delivery. This is delivered in a black box, and the card is in a black envelope on this black box, so it can sometimes be missed! However, I do apologise if the envelope was somehow dislodged from the box during transit. I will, of course, be refunding the cost of this card.

Incredibly fast service

I was really amazed by how quickly my order was delivered. My gift was for a friend who just got engaged, I live in Hong Kong so used this site to order them a present. I ordered the present late on Thursday evening and it was delivered the next day, much sooner than I'd expected! The products were also perfect for an engagement present. I'd definitely use this site again.

Speedy delivery!

Thank you for making the order and delivery so smooth and quick. It was a very speedy delivery. However the rates were high for the gift wrapping and card and delivery.

Very Poor Customer Service…

While my friends loved the gifts I sent and the site was great/easy to use, the customer service is AWFUL! I won the value of my order back ($100) to use within a year. Tried ordering Xmas pressies but it didn't recognise the voucher. I emailed, I facebooked, I tweeted and I emailed again but have been completely ignored by this business. Therefore, cannot find it in myself to trust them further....

Allowing the order of out of stock items - No notification afterwards.

On the 9th of December I placed an order through everythingbutflowers.com.au of four separate items, giving myself plenty of time for a very local delivery and all items meant as Christmas gifts.
On Friday evening my package arrived, coming in quite a big box I left it until the weekend to open it up and inspect the respective items... I'm sure you can understand my shock when half of my items were missing!
So I logged into my account page and noticed that the two missing items weren't displaying a tracking number or a dispatch date... I sent the company an email asking for an update on the situation only to receive an email saying that they'd look into the issue and get back to me, they didn't get back to me.
So I decided to use the old school method of picking up a phone and asking directly... "Oh it appears the items have been discontinued or are out of stock and that's why they weren't sent, sorry"
I feel like there's numerous issues here; from allowing me to order an out of stock item on their website, to not informing me of the situation and just letting the issue sit for ten days rather than notifying me so I could make other arrangements and not getting back to my email about the issue.
Just like I went to the old school method of picking up the phone, next year I'll be doing the old school method of fighting the hordes of people at the local shopping centre.
This is only one of my online woes, another retailer sent my item to somebody else and I received their item... At least it was in stock though eh?

Attention to detail somewhat lacking

I think the gift was fine and appreciated but it was supposed to be a special birthday gift and I had requested delivery on a specific date and it was delivered immediately following placement of the order (several weeks in advance). Guess it's better soon rather than late, but certainly would have preferred it to be delivered per my instructions.

Not happy with courier

The courier was an issue. I was not home the first attempt so they left a note. Called that day and organised a delivery for the following morning. Stayed at home all day and the delivery did not turn up and could not get through to the help desk. The delivery arrived the following day. Driver did not ring bell on my security gate but dropped the parcel over the fence. I let the driver know that I was not impressed and hoped the product was not damaged.

Excellent service!

The hamper sent to my brother in law arrived on time and was a delightful surprise. He was very impressed with the selection of wine and food. I would definitely use this company again.
