When I set out to purchase a Tesla during lockdown I was naturally a bit worried about the whole process. William at EVHERO put my mind at ease. He was able to answer all my questions with a lot of depth and showed tremendous knowledge. He gave excellent recommendations without ever being pushy. We were able to get on a video call where he took me on a tour of the car showing every detail.

As we approached delivery day all the right paperwork showed up on time and William kept us in the loop of all the preparations. Delivery itself was excellent. William and his partner arrived on time and it was great to finally meet in person.

We went over all the controls and the millions of little details that make a Tesla special so I felt very confident when the time came to finally take my new car out for a spin. What a car!

Just as important as pre-sales is the after-sales service, and this is where William continued to shine. A Tesla has to be linked up to their app for the best experience and this can take a while. Not with William. Within 24 hours I was up and running and had even tried out the local supercharger which was a total breeze.

So, in summary, if you have any hesitation in any aspect of purchasing a new EV, just call EVHERO and let them take care of you. I heartily recommend them.

Bought a Tesla model 3 during lockdown, William answered all questions in detail, was extremely honest about a minor mark in the paint and a driver's seat issue awaiting Tesla replacement.
When I collected the car it was exactly as described so no issues buying remotely.

Been considering the switch to electric for a while but I do a significant amount of miles and wanted to make sure I made the right purchase. I spoke with William and was really impressed with the vast knowledge and experience and this made the process so much easier. After deciding on a Tesla model 3 Long Range I arranged collection of the car and everything went really smoothly. Really impressed with the car, it is immaculate and a dream to drive. I received the car in January and had for about a month and it is the best car I have ever driven. William helped recommend in regards to chargers and has been really helpful after the sale also.

William has been great to deal with- Covid has played havoc on all of us including the DVLA. I have been trying to retain my private plate from the car I sold to EvHero, luckily William has been extremely helpful arranging the new owner to send the necessary form after the change of ownership (otherwise it will mean the sale will be delayed). EV has been straight forward and friendly throughout- unfortunately they do not have the car I wanted, otherwise, I would have bought from them too.

Great company to deal with. Lovely owners that are honest and upfront about everything. Would happily buy a car from them any time in the future!

I purchased a model X at the beginning of the lockdown from EVHERO.
The car (modelX) is all the cars I have ever owned wrapped up into one.
It drives perfectly and every day is a new experience with it. Apart from numerous driving aids, self parking is its speciality. It will self park in the most tightest spots without kerbing the wheels. The point of this post review. I wholeheartedly wish to thank William for the quality vehicle, for his follow up, ie free new numberplate, car warranty option and driving advice including caution of giving hard jump starts to other cars in case sensitive pulses affect the Tesla computers.
The car performed all the small print specifications, (sometimes a quick call to Tesla), to access with a download or over the air fix.
A huge thank you EVHERO and William.

I recently bought a Model S P85D from William at a very good price and was given a very fair deal for my BMWi3. Well chuffed I set off home for the 160mile journey back to Southampton. An hour into the journey the tesla computer just started rebooting every 10 seconds I then found myself stranded with a broken Tesla at fleet services. Straight onto the phone Will seemed genuinely more gutted than me. He talked me through a reboot which eventually got me home however the problem persisted. To cut a two week long story short, Will arranged for the car to be picked up and had it fixed with a new computer. An aircon fault was also found that Will also paid for. William did everything he possible could to sort out the problem and offered me a complete refund and pickup should I have just had enough. He also had the car delived back to me. He used multiple contacts within Tesla and a local EV garage to really speed things up. He was even prepared to give me another car so I could go on holiday. In the end it was fixed on time. William is a genuine and good person who's concern for his customers I have never experienced from any salesperson every anywhere before. Well done and thank you. Keep up the good work. A fantastic experience purchasing my Model 3 Long range from William. Plenty of remote communication in the 4 days between contacting him and going to inspect, test drive, do paperwork and drive away in my new car. William absolutely ruins the cliche about 'used car salesman' and I look forward to referring plenty of friends to him.

Great price, service, knowledge and William is a gentleman. EVHERO may only have a few EV cars in stock, with four at the time of my purchase. But what he lacks in stock is made up having a very personal service. We chatted over 4 days, not knowing which Tesla to buy. A car was being collected by William that looked the spec i wanted. Only one thousand deposit and two cars were prepared for me to buy, including changing the wheels in the S P100D L. Arrived, test drove, paid and left. I will be buying my next EV from EVHERO.

Patience! William had great patience, from the moment we first started discussing a Model X, until the moment I picked it up! Car is in great condition and he explained how it all worked to a Tesla newbie, and even phoned me whilst I was driving home, to tell me something that he had forgotten to say in the car briefing.
