William was great to deal with, we agreed a deal I put the requested deposit on which was refundable, turned up a week later which was the agreed date, asked for a little drive in the car which we did, transferred the money, Coffee was offered throughout the day , And left and had a great trip home in the new car.

I cannot recommend highly enough. William was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call. Car was exactly as described, it was ready to be picked up as arranged. A really first class service and absolutely no unpleasantness.

Great service and communication. William was extremely helpful in managing my change over to an EV. I would thoroughly recommend EVHero. The service is so much more personal than the traditional car buying process.

I visited the Evhero showroom recently as I was on the estate on other business. Despite not being in the market for a new vehicle right now which must have been obvious to William. He took the time to take me through the benefits of electric & hybrid vehicles vs my diesel free lander. Sat in a few models which were impressive but declined the test drives (wish I had taken him up on that now) What he doesn't know about electric vehicles frankly can not be worth knowing. He made my day. Hope to be back soon.

Having recently decide to sell our Model S, we didn’t want the hassle of private sale or the horror stories of WBAC.

William contacted me and negotiated a fair and agreeable purchase of the vehicle. The communications right through to completion of the sale were excellent.

The purchase and handover process was very efficient and within less than half an hour the funds had been transferred, finance settled and the car was handed over and on its way.

very impressed by the company. Would have been 5 stars but I ran into some issues soon after picking up the car which have now been sorted but created a little bit of angst. What I would say is that William was excellent in his communications and very genuine in his concern about the issue. EV Hero were a dream to deal with. I was selling My Tesla and was weary of dealers but these guys are different. The whole experience was a breeze. William made an offer on Wednesday night and had the car collected and paid for by lunch time the next day despite the fact I am over 300 miles away.

What a great company to deal with.
Made the deal over the phone yesterday, came today paid the money and took the car.

I recently purchased a Leaf and sold a Zoe to EVHero. This was after having dealt with William earlier on in the year with an Outlander sale (my EV life sounds more complicated than it was/is!).

With a lot of uncertainty and trust in the world of car buying and selling - having dealt with William and EVHero multiple times now (for personal not business) simply put I would recommend anybody whether you are an Electric Vehicle nerd or a newby to trust EVHero to advise and support with your EV dealings. Enough said! Highly recommended!

I cannot rate EVHero highly enough. I recently purchased my first electric car through them and cannot fault the service in any way. On collection it was difficult to distinguish it as a used car, it was as spotless as it was when it departed from the factory.
