I bought my Cube Reaction Pro e-bike from these guys in November 2020. From day one, they have been excellent. I bought the bike outright, and was pleased to get vouchers for two free services. Plus a credit note for £200 to spend on “bike goodies” in the store.
Since then I’ve had great service when having the bike serviced or dropping in to buy bits and pieces. My credit has long been used up, but there is always a discount on stuff I get from them.
The team are always on hand to give advice.
From shop floor to workshop, everyone is friendly and very helpful. (Shout out to Enfys and Ben!)
Why use a big faceless retailer (you know who they are!) when you can get great face to face service locally?

Bought a big trail 400 from theses guys, shipping was needed to N Ireland and from the start communication was fantastic!
They kept me well updated and delivered my bike early.

I agreed to buy a bike from this company at just under £4000 including a small 5% discount. The store staff told me that the discount could not be combined with interest free credit or a payment in full by credit card, nor could it be delivered without a £50 delivery fee despite boasting a various prominent parts of the website that purchases over £100 had free delivery. I agreed this and duly paid the monies by way of approximately half on a credit card and half by bank transfer, which I deposited into your their immediately.

Within a day or two I found a U.K. website with the identical bike being imported from Spain at a considerably larger discount after the addition of VAT and with free delivery and I decided to withdraw from purchasing from Evolution Bikes. I did so with a clear conscience in that the company had done no work in beginning to build the bike and the only trouble I put it to was the refund of my money. I noted on the website that it offered “hassle free returns”. Subsequently the purchase from the other company went wrong in that there was a difficulty in getting the bike transported within the timescale promised. When I returned to Evolution bikes to say that I would now like to purchase the bike from them after all and that I hoped the original price agreed could pertain I was somewhat taken aback by the sales assistant saying “ it’s not as straightforward as that because the boss told me that “if he comes back later he’ll have to pay the full price” This is an incredibly petty and vindictive way in which to act. The company obviously thought it appropriate to punish me for changing my mind by daring to come back to it to make a purchase. The same day I went straight to another company where I purchased the identical bike at a discount and free delivery within 24 hours. Small-mindedness is the only way I can describe Evolution Bikes’ approach to a commercial transaction.
