MAJOR SCAM!!

MAJOR SCAM!!! Avoid!! I ordered one of these Koalas in June for my sister who has special needs. I was so excited to give it to her. Lo and behold it never arrived. And on top of this, I had a charge of AED 15,000 (nearly £4,000) charged to my credit card straight after using this company which my bank
Is refusing to return. Two guesses who was responsible! I am now having to involve the police. Shame on you people stealing from decent human beings.

I ordered the Koala from EVORA over 6…

I ordered the Koala from EVORA over 6 months ago and I still haven't received it
I have messaged them 3 times in 6 months to ask when my Koala would be arriving.
The first time I was told that they were having supply problems. The second time I messaged them I was told it was a Delivery issue. Then the last time I messaged them I was totally ignored. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER,
Disgusted by how poor there customer service is. I paid for the Koala right at the beginning, so they have had my money for over 6 months.
I've had no contact from them At All

The sweet sweet irony of this company selling anti anxiety products when their process is so anxiety producing. Ordered on 2nd June, no updates, kept emailing and they kept saying the same thing over and over.

"Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand how frustrating it must be to experience a delay with your order. I sincerely apologize for the wait and any inconvenience this has caused.

At the moment, our fulfillment team is experiencing some internal delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our immediate control. Please rest assured that we’re actively working behind the scenes to resolve the issue and get your order dispatched as soon as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. I’ll personally keep an eye on your order and follow up with any updates. If there’s anything else you need in the meantime, don’t hesitate to let me know."

After these initials emails, they then kept trying to claim that the carrier had lost it in transit and that they were following up.

Come a week or so ago I got fed up and raised a dispute with my card company and finally got a refund today. Awful company. Seems like they do this with every order!

Never Received Anxiety Koala Ordered and paid 6/18

Ordered the anxiety Koala on 6/18, it’s now 9/22 and I have not received my order. I emailed them several times and “Jan” or “Gab” replies and says she will check the status, never heard back. The last reply was 8/16. This is fraudulent company. I will try and dispute the charge with my credit card company.

This company have lied and lied

This company have lied and lied, even though they said they were looking into the deals, been waiting since may for delivery and nothing, the email reply have been the same but worded different and they have been putting down to shipping agent, now it's September and still nothing, now we found out site nolonger on Google, paid £54 for Korea and ring and and free ring and now out of pocket what to do now.

Faulty product after 6 months

Faulty product after 6 months, promised a replacement, 2 months on nothing, I've asked for my money back, nothing happens. Do not buy from these - I'm going to be reporting to Trading Standards in the UK.

Horrible company!!

Horrible company!!! ordered 2 koalas for my little girls to help them fall asleep faster. Never received these products and received automated messages from their customer service telling they're looking into this matter. With names like Gab, Jan, etc. The worst thing about this experience is that I truly thought there was a delay up until reading these reviews and learning its a scam and told my girls they are on their way and just being late. It's truly sick how they try to make money. But thank GOD there's KARMA. So whoohooo, all will be returned, just not in the shape of a koala.

On 13th.?14th

On 13th.?14th. June I ordered a toy koala, paid £58.99p.
It did not arrive! after a while I contatced them and explained, that i had not received the item, and then I sent that as this was long overdue I wanted to cancel the order amd would like my money returned, After several communications, they have now stopped answering my emails. All I want is my money returned, I am an OAP, this was going to be a present, the date has now long passed.

How come this company is still trading???? They do not send goods, then say they have refunded…. They have not and then completely ignore you…. Scammers should be shut down….. DO NOT IRDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

Fraud company! DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on the 4th of June for my GF's birthday in mid July thinking that would be enough time to receive it. I messaged them 2 weeks after and was told "their fulfillment team is experiencing some internal delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our immediate control" and was reassured they were working behind the scenes to get it sorted. I asked for an ETA and was told it was "with a third party shipping provider" so it was difficult to put a time to it which confused me as they said the email before their was "internal delays" and now it's apparently an external company. I then chased it up a week later and was told it's in the "processing stage" and I would receive shipping information and tracking once it's shipped. Now I send another email on July 11th as my parcel has sat at "in transit" on the tracking site for 2 weeks without and change, I was told "they don't have an update on tracking at this time" and that "they'd raise it with their courier and keep you posted as soon as we receive any information". Now despite this another 2 weeks later on July 26th I'm emailing them again to ask for another update as they never contacted me I was told "they understand the frustration with the lack of updates" and that they're "still actively working with the courier service to obtain further information regarding my parcel". On august 9th I emailed ANOTHER time saying "it's been over a month since my parcel has gone into transit and over 2 months since I placed my order and I've had no update" and "that I'm sure it must be lost in transit" I asked ANOTHER time for an ETA and if they couldn't provide one I wanted to look into a refund, they put "they're still actively waiting for a detailed response from the courier" and as soon as they "receive any concrete information or an estimated date, I will inform you immediately" despite the fact I had to chase them up every single time since the order has been placed. Now we're at 3 September so 1 day off 3 months since the order placed and 2 months since it's been in "transit" and I asked for "a refund as I've not received my good, and it appears your company doesn't know what's happened either, and at this point it's feeling like I've been scammed". I was told "we've now raised a cancellation request with our team for urgent review, and if it's still possible to cancel,we’re waiting for their confirmation before we can proceed further" and yet again got told "We’ll follow up with you as soon as we receive an update". Now of course they didn't follow up and 4 days later I emailed asking for "an update on my refund" as urgent to me is next day or same day! Now I didn't get any reply this time so I emailed 3 days after the last one asking for an update on my "urgent" review, and of course no reply again, think they need to look up they definition of urgent as they clearly don't understand it! Now this is 11 days since I asked for a refund and still no update! So now ANOTHER email was sent stating "It's been over 10 days since my "urgent" review for a refund was put in process" and was wondering "if any verdict has been made" and now waiting on a reply hence writing this as I'm not getting any email response so this is the next best thing! I thought if I'm not going to get my money back I can at least save people from having the same experience and wasting their money as well!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡😡😡 I ordered a koala back in June paid for express delivery 5-7days but after 6 weeks of waiting and no koala I contacted Evora only to be told shipping delays happen and how sorry they were and would look into the matter this went on for many more weeks until I finally asked for a refund and gave them an ultimatum on 9.9.25 telling them I was taking further action if I didn’t receive either a koala or a refund in the meantime I contacted my bank on the 15.9.25 evora has since sent me an email to say they’ve issued a full refund and today 16.9.25 it’s in my bank

Stay well clear of this company

Definitely a minus 10. Take your money & no goods. I ordered my goods back in June. Transport tracking just says processing all the time & has never changed. Trying to get a genuine response from Evora its like pulling teeth.
My advice to anyone is don't order from this company. If you have paid by debit card, contact your bank as they will look into it. Its taken 5 days for my bank to get my money back.

Avoid this comoany at all costs

Ordered in good faith. Received the standard emails stating order accepted and delivery is expected etc.

Nearly 3 months later, no items received. Started claom with my card company now.
