ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS. Like everyone else been ripped off. June the 3rd purchase, still no product. Very fast AI bollocks responses. No refund. Aiming for refund through credit card but that’s also still on going 3 weeks in!!!

Absolute con. The company needs to be shut down from trading anything.

Wanted to give half a star

Wanted to give half a star. I ordered a koala well over six months ago and ut still has not arrived. I expected a reasonable wait as it is coming from abroad. But the time it has taken Elon Musk could get me to Mars and back.

Initially customer service were on at getti g back to me. But the last contact i had was weeks ago and the last message was completely ignored.

If they are having issues in the supply chain, thats fine, but be up front.

Very dissapointed as i wanted this as a surprise birthday present but that has passed.

Cant even comment in the quality of the product as it has not arrived. I will be emailing one more time, after that i will be having a word with my legal team overthis.

It us not on.

Same as everyone else sadly ordered for my wife who was going through a tough time, showed as processing at yuntrack.com July 25, emailed support, they replied back but were hollow promises and no action.
Do not use unless you want to waste your $$ and time.

I bought a Koala from EVORA 21/4/25…

I bought a Koala from EVORA 21/4/25, by INSTAGRAM (today is 06/10/25) and i still waiting for it. I payed 42,98$ by credit card and after several contacts with the sellers they only apologize and told me to be patient.
I spent more money in their recommended shipping but nothing happened. IT IS A SCAM!

This business is a scam

This business is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them. They pretend your purchase was shipped and tell you that they don't have the tracking number and that they will get back to you. No one ever does. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We received an Elephant for our daughter and reported a fault with this a few weeks after it arrived ( this was January 2025). I have been e-mailing with them to get a replacement, which they promised was on order, but has not yet arrived. I have e-mail continually to now ask for a refund but have had absolutely no response from them. This company should be avoided at all costs.

Do not buy from this site!
They took money from me for my sons sensory sloth and never turned up.
Anytime I emailed they were no help! After 6 weeks i asked for a refund and never got the money back and stopped answering emails! Ordered through the shop app and it says refund but £0 !
Do not buy from! Pay a couple of pounds extra and go elsewhere!
Reviews on website are all clearly fake too as there is no actual way to leave one but the ones they have are all 5 stars with videos?

No products arrived after dozens of emails. Asked for a refund. I did it through Klarna. But they told Klarna a pack of lies, so klarna have resumed my payments for products that never arrived. Avoid this company Evoraofficial.com at all cost.

Ordered in late June 2025

Ordered in late June 2025. Not received anything and it is now late Sept (despite receiving a 'track your order' email in early July, which still says 'processing'. Have sent several emails asking for a refund and all replies from Evora say that they are chasing the courier service up and asking for my patience. I have now demanded a refund but I suspect strongly this is a scam and please do not buy anything from Evora.
