Great tool to get good valuation and selling. Better than by a long way

Nice and simple

For someone who doesn't understand cars, I was worried about how difficult sellling mine would be. Thankfully I came across Exchangemycar who took all the stress away and helped me get a great price without much effort

First time with ExchangeMyCar and I am impressed! Yhey vet the dealers and make sure they all follow the same rules. After declaring some damage my car had the offer naturally dropped and I chose to go with a different buyer from the list they all provide the same service so you can just go by the highest price you get offered. Great experience.

Scam website. Paid £50 for car collection. No-one came. Called and emailed them to book a new date or for a refund, no-one picks up the phone or emails back. Been nearly a week now. Please reply to me. Hassan gaffar. bP69uou is the car reg.

Disgusting company. Take money from your card then cancel the appointment due to “not being able to collect for 6 weeks” but nothing mentioned before taking the appointment fee or 3 days after. You would think when you confirm appointments you take money for, it’s because you know they are dates available. This company does not answer the phone at all. Just another gimmick company. Pathetic customer service.

Transferred my old motor vehicle today to exchangemycar.co.uk. The whole process from initial contact to payment and vehicle collection was conducted in a very professional manner. Whilst I could have achieved a better price if I had sold privately I did not want to go through the hassle of a private sale. The final price fell at the bottom end of my "acceptable range" but the reasons for the various deductions from the initial offer were clearly explained. Overall I am reasonably satisfied.

Changed my mind (received a better quote)
They said I would be refunded.
Not received and stopped responding.

My cousin told me about this company and I decided to give it a go. Got a higher offer than webuyanycar and a couple of others. No issues at all everything went as they described and got the money on my account straight away. Might come back to buy a car next
