Exactly as the title says. Ben and Vickie have been incredible throughout the whole process and I really wouldn’t have managed it without them, even as someone who’s done it all on their own before. They made the process significantly less stressful, more straight forward, did their best to find me a great offer and stayed in touch the whole time. Already recommended to a few people I know and will continue to do so.

I can’t praise Ben and Vickie enough. This is the second time I have used them for my remortgage, the first time two years ago when Ben sorted me a mortgage out when another organisation I was using at the time couldn’t. He managed to get me a better deal, and has managed to do the same again this time round.

Kelly and Vickie have been amazing every time I’ve worked with them. They’ve helped me source mortgages, re-mortgages and insurance for multiple properties across many years.

Every time I’ve used them they’ve been exceptionally easy to work with, extremely proactive (I never have had to chase!) and saved me my a significant amount of money (many times their fee).

Could not have asked for a better service. I had no idea about the process of buying a house but Kelly explained it all to me and walked me through it every step of the way. Kelly worked tirelessly in finding me the best mortgage, and no challenge was too big for her when we faced setbacks. She helped find suitable home insurance and building insurance.
