I purchased a Marcy Exercise Bike in October 2020 and I have been delighted with it. Following the Summer, when it received less use, the digits on the monitor, or Computer, as it is known began to fade and became impossible to read which was frustrating.

Having changed the batteries and checked the connections without improvement, I contacted marcypro.com who promptly agreed to replace the computer and put me in touch with Pure-Tec Limited who immediately shipped the replacement to Ireland.

I am once again, eating up the kilometres on my Marcy bike, a very happy customer.

We contacted Pure-Tec as our rowing machine started to make a knocking noise. Their response was prompt and have already sent out a replacement machine. We have experienced very friendly and efficient service and look forward to receiving our replacement product.

Bought the Marcy 5000 Deluxe Home Gym just over two years ago. Have used this a lot until last week when the weld on the seated back support broke. Within one week of contacting Bradley at customer services I have a replacement part free of charge and can't thank them enough for the service. Would highly recommend this company and thanks again to Bradley

Called looking for a manual for a 10 year old magnetic cycle. Didn't expect the excellent level of engagement that followed with Bradley going off any finding it for me and then mailing it through.
When the existing mcl800 cycle gives up and needs replacing I will buy one of your brands.

Bradley at Pure Tec was absolutely amazing! He responded immediately with emails and phone calls and managed to resolve an issue that Very.co.uk had failed to sort out after contacting them for a month.
Bradley even managed to have the replacement Marcy recumbent bike parts delivered the next day, a day earlier than planned.
I cannot thank Bradley enough. His customer service is second to none. Pure Tec should be very proud to have him on their team.

I contacted pure tec fitness regards a gym I bought and had my problem sorted immediately, very helpful, recommend contacting them any time.

I was waiting for a multi-gym to come back into stock and after a couple of emails with Bradley he managed to find one. Very fast delivery, 6 days earlier than estimated. Great service, thank you very much.

Recently contacted Exercise.co.uk about some spares for our Marcy ME-704 Regenerating Magnetic Cross Trainer. They were more than happy to help, asked which part numbers I required which I provided and they posted them the next day, advised that they may take 5 - 7 working days, arrived after 4 days. Very happy about the service provided.

So impressed with this company, their customer service team are as the saying goes "SIMPLY THE BEST" Nothing is to much trouble for them and they got new parts out to me so quickly, I wish all customer services were as good.

Really impressed with Exercise.co.uk. The exercise bike I'd bought in April '20 recently developed a fault, but was still in warranty. As the model was out of stock, they delivered an upgrade free of charge. Everything was resolved by Becky very quickly and with a minimum of fuss; great service.

There was a problem with delivery of the bike but the customer care service I received from PureTec Fitness was outstanding. I can thoroughly recommend this company.
