Absolutely fantastic customer service!
I bought a bike produced by this company via Argos. It was a Christmas present and once opened by the receiver it was clear that the handlebar of the bike was damaged. Unfortunately there was a delay in identifying this due to Covid and a delayed Christmas, which left me very worried about how a request for a replacement part would be received.
I attempted to contact Argos and couldn’t get hold of them either online or by phone so as a last resort sent an email to the company direct with a photo of the part.
I received an email the following working day advising me that they would send out a replacement part which would be with me within 5 to 7 working days. The part arrived safely and undamaged in 4 working days.
Service was prompt and contact was easy which at a stressful time was greatly appreciated.

Replacement head unit for upright bike.
Made contact via email and received a same day response from Bradley. A new display unit was sent out and fitted straight away. Everything works ok, so I’m happy. Other companies should take note- listen to the customer, deal with things promptly and everyone’s happy!

Delighted with the customer service level of this company. I reported the cross-trainer not working properly on the Tuesday, and had a repalcement delivered on the Friday - and thisafter 20 months of taking delivery of the 1st. Well done Bradley!

Bought a Marcy cross trainer. Very pleased with it but 10 months later the mechanism broke. However, within a week these guys delivered a replacement machine. That's what you need from customer service. 👍👍

An excellent company to deal with. Customer Service is second to none, and delivery excellent too. I had a slight problem, but this was quickly rectified to my complete satisfaction. Communication is also excellent, with speedy replies. No problem at all with the purchase, and I would, without any doubt, recommend the company.

All expectations exceeded
It’s a well made machine but I butchered an electrical component. They couldn’t have been more helpful or polite at customer services, and they put the part in the post immediately. And it’s one of those places where they pick up the phone straight away without playing loads of messages saying how busy they are. All expectations exceeded.

Don't trust the website
Had my eye on some equipment for the last couple of months but it's always out of stock. Ordered a different piece as in the images it had everything I wanted and the image with the specs meant it would fit in where I need it to go.
After assembling further up in the room qbd starting to question if it's the right product I thought it.must just be a lighting thing as the one I have is silver but the images on the website thay I relied on were white. I continued to assemble and as there was so many parts didn't realise that I didn't have everything to make one advertised (no preacher station or over head bar)
To top it off when I tried to put it in position it wouldn't fit as model in the images was 5cm shorter. I queried with the company and they just apologised for using the wrong images. I pushed them on it and they gave me a £100 refund.
I still have a lot of work to take down a ceiling to make this fit.had they used the correct images I would not have bought this model.
In response to the reply below, thanks for repeating what I stated above. The only point you have wrong is that you met my requirements. The only reason I accepted a refund of £100 was due to the hassle of taking the machine apart and getting it back back to you. I still would have preferred the machine I'm the picture which had more functions and would of fitted without have to complete a lot of building work to a finished room.

I purchased the Marcy Eclipse BE1000 Starter Weight Bench. I initially registered my interest as it was out of stock. When I got the update it was back in stock I purchased it straightaway at a decent price and is of a good spec and appearance. I had searched a lot of sites for a reasonable home bench and this stood out so was happy to receive the update it was back in.
Setting up was straightforward and the look and feel of the product good. However, two of the parts were faulty (back board and sitting board) so I phoned in and was voicemail advised to email in if lines were busy. So I emailed in and got a reply quickly. This was good. I should have did this the first time (email in) because I would have sent in pictures of the faulty parts anyway. Once I sent in the pictures, Bradley from Customer Solutions dispatched the parts and I received them within the allotted time which was great. I also got two complimentary barbell pins as I needed them on top of what I was already given in the purchase. The new parts were fine and of the quality expected.
So in summary – purchasing, receiving, assembling and resolving issues has been an excellent experience. Put it this way, if I wanted to purchase a product and found the same one on the website – I would purchase it from exercise.co.uk by virtue of the customer experience.

Explained to Bradley about why i wanted to return the product I had ordered from argos. He understood and arranged a delivery but told him that the product was too heavy for me to carry to a near by shop for it to be collected. He immediately arranged for it to be picked up from my address. Very happy with how he dealt with this.

What service, Again!!
An update from my previous review.
I received the new part for my elliptical trainer on Wednesday 3rd November around 1pm. To my horror it was the wrong part which was totally my fault for giving the wrong part number.
I e mailed Bradley at 3pm explaining what had occurred.I received a reply from Bradley the next day (Thursday 4th) around 11am advising that he had instructed the warehouse to send the correct part.
The correct part was delivered the next day (Friday 5th) at 12.15 at no cost to myself.
I challenge anybody to match this level of service, absolutely brilliant.
