Slow response
Slow response, slow documents transfer. I have been lied that the brokers not gonna refund my full amount in the "cool off period" and after 1 hr. on the phone with 2... agents discussing cancelation and new policy details I've been told that I have to speak with them again for policy cancelation on the one which supposed to be already canceled. Certainly not gonna use those brokers again! They are everithing but "Express".

I let my insurance lapse and they put…
I let my insurance lapse and they put it up form £67 to £101. I did it online thinking all my details were correct and got an extra charge 1 day later for £35. So instead of it costing £67 last month i had to pay £136 double last months premium.
i am insured with you for my van and bike so when the renewal is due next year i will be going elsewhere

Unfortunately, if contact is made after the policy has expired, the price may change as we have to go back to the insurers to get their new rates again to calculate the price – and these prices can change daily. I’m truly sorry for any frustration this has caused, especially given the significant difference in the new quote.

Shockingly bad cancellation service…
Shockingly bad cancellation service (still not cancelled).
I tried cancelling through their portal - a message says it's not possible. I have to search for email addresses to try and contact them - none of the published addresses accept incoming emails (all auto replies). The emails state you must call them to cancel.... I've tried every number they've given me so far to cancel (3 different numbers) - none of them work. Just recorded messages that hang up on you. Finally I find a working email address, get a voicemail off the back of that, and the agent leaves a message providing 2 additional wrong numbers to call back (one was for the RAC?!!). Shocking. In the mean time they've renewed a policy for a bike I don't own any more that I have told them to cancel several times. Utter waste of time.
