Much cheaper than the rest. Friendly staff on phone. Not 5 stars because I couldn't buy the insurance on the Internet, didn't recognize my classic bike registration.

Be careful !
Pricing has normally been competitive however there are punitive charges when making any changes (have recently changed bikes). New policy was finally agreed and put in place however the vehicle description was incorrect. When I advised Express they agreed a "gesture of goodwill" would mean that they would correct their error and I would not be charged for the amendments! - staggering arrogance! Unlikely that I will use Express again when renewal comes around.

Upon checking looking into your policy i can confirm that there was no administration fee applied.
As a broker we apply administration fees to cover costs incurred as a result of arranging and administering policies. The cost includes staff resource, updating insurers, and the issuing of documentation if required. We do inform our customers what our fees are when you buy or renew the policy and also regularly review our fees. We feel they are in line with the wider insurance market.

the price i was quoted for my first year with them was very good and my renewal for the second year was also much lower than any other insurer, i had to speak to them to update my payment details for the renewal and i got through to a representative very quickly and he was able to amend my details without any drama or fuss and was very polite and friendly.
