Good service and drivers behave perfectly

Prompt, courteous and clean car

My driver arrived early, was very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Taxi turned up at the wrong address in south London, I live in north London. It was at 6am for an airport pick up so then I had to rush to the airport. This happened four days ago and I’ve yet to hear from the company and I’ve yet to receive my money back

I have always received great service from this cab service when I have use them. Drivers are polite and helpful. The drivers arrive on time and take you to your destination without any fuss.

I live in Archway/ Highgate and after trying a number of minicab services for regular work trips to the West End and City, I am delighted with the service provided by Express cars in terms of telephone response, cost, time reliability, drivers and cars. I rarely provide feedback but am doing so because of their standard of service.

Always reliable, on time, friendly drivers and good value

We use Express a lot, especially for work related and airport trips. They’re always so friendly on the phone and very clear with ordering. Drivers are, on the whole, very pleasant and friendly, and their cars clean and in good nick. Prices are super competitive - for airport runs they really are the best and very reliable. Plus we’d far rather keep money locally than to a big taxi app corporation (that always work out more expensive anyway!)

The only gripes we’ve had are with the app - price differences between phone and app. Plus they can use a different company for out of area jobs: this needs to be made clearer on the app- as we’ve found these ‘external’ companies to be very unreliable.
