Avoid at all costs. We are living in a building site so obviously didn’t want to open the doors until they were needed once opened a few were damaged contacted they said we actually only had 24 hour policy to check the doors over so couldn’t get any replaced never was told that when I was calling to order them spent £3000 with this company was then told they would give me compensation for the doors that were damaged and have now disappeared off the face of the Earth do not trust at all.

Great value for money. Arrived within the time scale given. Delivery on the day was very well informed. The tracking app was extremely efficient. Our delivery man, Henry was very friendly and helpful.

Furdeco Delivery driver doesn’t give forewarning other than 4 hour window on text previously. I was called on phone once driver outside. Me in meeting, Wife 5 minutes away with dogs, Driver advised he couldn't wait. He would phone supplier to verify if he can leave in a secure passage, advised he would call back. Didn't call back. I called him back within 30 minutes, no answer. (Assumed had dropped of doors). Called Express office and Mickey told me the doors will have to go back to their depot and I will have to pay additional delivery charges (over £50) for 3 x doors! to get them sent back again. Poor service, Consider rather going somewhere with physical presence where you get face to face service. Reasonable price...not once you factor in delivery charges charged several times.

£45 to deliver a door and not a peep 4 days later, should change their name.
Yes it was delivered that day, but handles and hinges missing, they arrived 6 days later and the handles are chipped.

I dont approve of items being delivered when i am in my bed at 10.20pm, i think this need reviewed.

On time extremely professional

Terrible after sales support, unable to answer questions and outstanding items not delivered after several emails.

Not a good look

Excellent delivery service and clear communication/order tracking. The doors look great as well - handled carefully and well secured on the climadoor delivery vehicle

Communications were prompt and helpful. The tracking app was first class with real time updates. The delivery driver Sam was polite and professional. Excellent service.

Absolute waste of time, delivery driver doesn’t knock the door and takes a picture of the door to present evidence. I was called once and I was unable to take the call at the time due to a meeting. Very good customer service. Doors purchased very good for price. Delivery on time and gave me a call 20minutes before delivery which was fantastic. Many thanks to all involved.would recommend.

Sent the wrong doors, now I need to rearrange carpenter last minute

Very quick service. EXCELLENT delivery with the driver helping to move the door to a safe location. Perfect experience.

Doors arrived within days and the delivery team lifted all 12 fire doors off and placed them in the garage which I wasn't expecting.
Had to chase the door handles and they were nearly 2 weeks behind the doors but look good too. The only problem is the delay with the handles has meant we are now awaiting for our joiner to return from holiday.

Delivery service 1st class. Email advising tracking to follow and delivery window. Txt msg from driver the afternoon before as a point of contact. Live tracking is excellent for monitoring driver progress so no waiting around on-site. Even got txt from driver when 30mins away. Showing how stress free delivery can be, well done Climadoor and your driver.

I found it really easy to find what I wanted, the purchase process was simple. I was kept well informed during the delivery process, and overall a very good experience.

Prompt service, excellent value at reasonable price and both delivery drivers were polite and helpful.
