My property got viewings as promised and was only on for a few months and sold as promised for the middle of the range of 2 figures and received feedback on these and updates from sales progression while going through the sale but if it meant I would have to go with their solicitors I would go with another estate agent as no stress with sale and viewings but trying to get someone to return your call or even answer your call no way

Bad experience with ExpressAgent…
I had good experience with ExpressAgent last year, however this year has been frustrating. Looks like they are making no efforts at all - I had only two potential buyers in months!! Be aware - they don’t always sell in promised timeframe.

Not impressed.
The suggestion was just like taking on another estate agent. What is advertised about express sales is misleading. The valuation for them to buy the property is unrealistic placing it at the most basic price for similar properties of this style which require a lot of improvements and short lease unlike this property.
