Will had a very personal approach
Will had a very personal approach. He would always return my calls. I received regular updates. I thought this was great.
We encountered an unexpected problem with the land next to our property being sold also the description of our house was apparently inaccurate. I feel that we could have been advised better about this aspect. Also I would have liked to receive a better price for our home. It was way under the value advertised. We accepted it because we would like to move quickly, however would have appreciated Will negotiating a high price for our home.

An absolutely atrocious experience
An absolutely atrocious experience! We had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with express estate as they represented our sellers. We dealt with two agents, the first Ryan never gave us an outcome of our offer. We had to negotiate directly with the sellers when he started avoiding my phone calls and was always “at lunch”. And the agent Beth who took on the sale when an offer was agreed was beyond hopeless. She used to call me every couple of weeks and ask me for an update. Absolutely no clue what was going on. I would avoid them like the plague. I’m amazed our house sale actually went through (Nov 25).
The response to this review highlights how hopeless they were.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Agreed on the purchase, agent removed the property from the market, I instructed searches, was then advised a week later the seller (who apparently co-founded the agency) had received a higher offer. Would suggest anyone buying or selling through this company, reconsider.
