Good different...
Like some others, I was initially sceptical about using an online agency, but, like so many situations in life, the defining aspect is often the people you deal with in that situation. This particular property was far from run of the mill and not an easy sell for various reasons, and I had begun to wonder if it would ever find a buyer having had no success, barely any viewings even, with other agents. All the people at Express were great, but the two people I had the most dealings with were Will Kenny and later on, Joe Atherfold. Both were excellent and gave professional and constructive guidance throughout. Will's guidance around pricing helped secure a number of offers after a good number of viewings and ultimately the right buyer was found. Joe then took aver and progressed the sale through to completion.
Communication was always good and everyone I spoke with were approachable and enthusiastic about achieving a good outcome.
All in all, very impressed and I would recommend to anyone, particularly if you have become a little disenchanted by the soft-shoe-shuffle of the average High Street agency.

Sale secured in just over a month
I am extremely pleased with the level of service that I received from James. Clear communication of what the company is about

Estate agencies perform differently…
Estate agencies perform differently nowadays and I was kept updated however with the digital process it’s very impersonal. Carmine did speak with me in a few occasions which I much preferred.
