Made to feel relaxed and comfortable

Very professional

Elisa conducted herself professionally and kept me informed about the whole process from start to finish, she also made me feel calm throughout the medical examination.

Elena at Southampton is very polite and professional at her job , helps take some of the anxiety away from having a medical where your job relies on passing .

Amber h carried out a perfect medical, friendly and kind amazing member of staff
Also receptionist was friendly and kind a credit to the company.

The nurse was professional kind caring and curious and made me comfortable

I saw Sue in Cardiff who was so nice and down to earth and made the whole experience very pleasant.
Sue has a fantastic calming persona which helped with the stress of getting through the medical experience.
Sue put me at ease with her questions and not to worry when going through the process.

I cannot speak more highly for Amber H who did my medical today. She was professional in the manner that she delivered the medical she explained everything thoroughly and any questions I had. She answered without hesitation. One thing that really stood out was the fact that she kept me very calm and relaxed all the way through. I have a genuine fear for anything to do with hospitals or medicals and for me to feel relaxed throughout was just outstanding. I cannot thank her or express medicals enough.

My experience today was great. Even though I have been visiting this medical text site frequently for more than fifteen years now, my experience today is most unique.
The nurse who attended to me today is Mariana Saif.
She was excellent and professionally competent.
She kept me engaged throughout the examination and made me feel comfortable and relaxed all the time.

I had a HS2 test booked for my new employer and I was seen by Laura in the Newcastle branch. Laura was extremely helpful during the testing and explained everything thoroughly thought out my consultation and testing. It's a very smooth process explained In detail of what will be happening during the testing and tall went well. I would like to thank Laura for being soo kind and getting me in earlier.
