Very professional, and didn’t just rush through the medical took time to listen and even offered advice on some issues, and had a very down to earth attitude on 1to1 conversation, and certainly made me feel at ease taking the medical , highly Rate Jenny as a friendly helpful person.

Amber H was absolutely fantastic. Extremely informative and made me feel very much at ease throughout each stage of the medical. She explained everything so clearly and was so kind and smiley. A fantastic experience for what can be a daunting time. Thanks for all you help Amber.

I had Elena for a safety critical medical, she was exceptional at making me feel comfortable and was very thorough with her explanations of each test, highly recommend

I’ve had multiple medicals with medical express and I can say this most recent medical was the best one yet, Alex at Milton Keynes was so down to earth and very inviting. I hope to have Alex again next time I attend the centre

The nurse jenny was very attentive and gave very good advice.

Staff were quick and thorough. Recommendations were suggested sensitively and results were explained in plain language.

Jenny is a legend, looked after me and explained bits I was curious about. Never made me feel anxious or embarrassed about any of the procedures and was very professional.

Had a nice service, even though I arrived earlier I still got served early. No time was wasted and the results came out on time

He made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish, while explaining the process clearly, and took the time to go through everything that needed to be carried out.

One blond lady from the reception looks not to happy, puffing constantly - maybe she had a bad day.
However, Marina was amazing 👏 🤩 and she wiped off my first impression. Very professional, deducated, polite and kind - amazing girl. She should be rewarded for making such a difference for that place. Well done Marina 👏 ✔️ keep doing you best work.
