There aren't enough glowing things I can honestly say about my experience w/Express to Russia! From my first contact w/Yulia thru the entire planning of my visit. The way I was accomedated w/extras that we're not included in scheduled tour(Fabarge Museum,Extra time @ Hermitage,Tickets to Mariinsky)were gladly taken care of. Also the Hotel Rossi charming & ideal for my stay. But the absolute clencher w/their service was my guide Julia. Besides being absolutely thorough in her knowledge, she became a friend instantly. I will forever remember the day of the horrible subway bombing I was in Fabarge Museum w/their guide. When I came our,not knowing what was happening, Julia &my driver,Vladimir we're waiting for me & the first words from Julia were"We have to get you to safety before the traffic shuts down". We planned to spend a week in Moscow over Spring Break, so I contacted Yulia to help plan our trip. She was prompt and helpful via email. When we finally arrived in Moscow, we couldn't have been more pleased. The drivers were on time each day, the private guides were amazing and customized the day just for us. Exceptional Service. I wasn't sure who to use when booking my Trans Siberian Train Journey until I read reviews for this Company & thought I would go with them. I was not disappointed, their efficiency was second to none. I would most definitely recommend & would use this Company again.

Contacted Yulia to arrange our customized day for us, a family of three. Driver and our English speaking guide arrived promptly and greeted us in our hotel lobby. We visited Peter and Paul's Fortress, the Church of Spilled Blood and then the Hermitage. It was great day and worry free. our guide was Knowledgeable and answered our questions. She also recommended a "local" restaurant at the end of our day and it was lovely. Thank Yulia and Express to Russia!

A group of six of us have just returned from a fantastic trip organised by Express to Russia. Our first point of contact was Yulia who organised an itinerary based on our needs. She was in regular contact with us and changed the itinerary to suit our needs.

I needed a Russian visa on short notice, and reading the requirements (even as a lawyer) was very daunting. Luckily, I found Express to Russia, which made the process simple and fast -- even managing to correct a mistaken address and a change of flight plans at the last moment. I'm especially grateful to Josephine in the San Francisco office, who took great pains to be sure I submitted everything needed and received the visa even quicker than predicted. I would recommend Express to Russia to anyone.

Super easy and fast, and cheaper (at least for invitation) than other similar sites I looked at. I ordered an invitation and applied for my visa in person at the consulate, with no problems whatsoever. Way smoother than I expected. They're also very fast to answer questions. Recommended!

A wonderful adventure and unqiue experience!

In the process of completing paperwork for my Russian Visa, I found the paperwork cumbersome and confusing. I received assistance from a representative of Express to Russia by phone and email(s) that cleared my application smoothly and quickly.

I initially chose Express to Russia because they offered a more reasonable rate when I was researching for agencies to assist with my Visa.
