This time I used a chat inquiry, because I planed to visit Kaliningrad from Saint Petersburg. You know, the city is an exclave of Russia.
I forgot the operator's name, but her response was so quick and precise. I could easily understand that I need only single-entry visa.
As many reviewers had already mentioned, Visa-support will be provide to you very soon, at least much faster than their website description.
I got only Visa-support, but Express to Russia is reliable and recommendable company, for travelers to Russia.

Our experience with expresstorussia is really great. First they arranged our invitation letters for Russian visa. Everything went without any complication and we got them even faster than written on their website, so we decided to also trust them to book us an overnight train from Moscow to St. Petersburg. Once again e-tickets were in my inbox in 2 days. We thank expresstorussia for making our trip to Russia possible and recommend them to anyone. I booked my transmongolian train ticket with these guys and they had a very easy to navigate website and was great to communicate with in English online. Even when I had to change the itinerary they were able to accommodate with clear instructions and protocols that they followed. I would recommend them if anyone if thinking of buying train tickets .

Using Express to Russia has been endlessly helpful on my trip. They provide easy to understand and complete instructions as well as providing a straightforward and fast service. I had a friend who travelled with me who used another service which accepted payment and spent 2 weeks longer than advertised providing him the documentation and did not answer any emails in that time.

I need a letter of invitation for Russia and on the internet I found this express to russia with good price. I got a letter in less than three days even though I paid to get in three days. When I was on VHS they said that there should be a car enrolled in an invitation letter so I wrote to the ETR and they replyed me within two hours with new invitation so I could submitted all documentation the same day.

This summer we made our first trip to Russia. I did not have any experience with visa to Russia, and we hoped to stay in an Air'bnb in Moscou and in St-Petersburg. We didn't know where to find a visum-invite, but after a little googling I found 'Express to Russia'. Their price was sharp but we did not know wat to expect from their service. I expected a rather slow bureaucracy, but to my surprise everything was arranged in about an hour. We had the visa-invite for four persons, and getting the visa went just perfect.

We booked a nighttrain from Moscow to St Petersburg.
It was very easy to book online, print our tickets at home en off we went.
The man in charge in the train was very nice and friendly.
The train cabins were very clean.
We were happy on our booking!

My wife and I booked a 7 day group tour for Moscow, Suzdal, Vladimir and St. Petersburg through Express to Russia and are fully satisfied with their services. We extended our trip by 2 nights in Moscow and 3 nights in St. Petersburg. We also used their services for additional trips to Peterhof, Tickets to Folk Show and Swan Lake in SPB. Since the visa process seemed a bit complicated, we used their services for obtaining the visa through their web site. We started the process about 45 days prior to our departure and everything was arranged efficiently and on time.

Our Tour Manager Yulia Kubyshkina was our single point of contact and was very thorough and responsive. This being the first time we traveled to Russia, we had several questions. Yulia understood every question and answered everyone of them promptly within 24 hours, most of the time within an hour or so. We were booked in nice hotels in Moscow, Suzda, and St. Petersburg. Our tour guides (Vera in Moscow, Marina in Suzdal, Vladimir, Theodore or Teddy in SPB, Irene in SPB) were of the highest quality because they were knowledgeable about the sites and explained the significance with patience and enthusiasm. The drivers who were scheduled to meet us upon arrival in Moscow DEM and to take us to the airport in SPB were waiting for us at the scheduled times with clear signs. Other drivers in Suzdal, Vladimir and SPB were very courteous and enthusiastic in ensuring that we had a positive experience.

Even though our tour in Suzdal and Vladimir was supposed to be group tour, my wife and I were the only ones who booked this tour. So we got a private tour with a Marina and the driver. When we had an extra two hours in Vladimir before we had to catch the train to St. Petersburg, our driver took it upon himself to take us on a mini tour of Vladimir and took us to the 850 the anniversary park.

Express to Russia uses the services of other companies to provide the tours since it looks like they themselves do not provide the tours. At Suzdal, our tour guide met us at 10 AM instead of the scheduled 9 AM. Yulia mentioned that the tour company had rescheduled the tour from 9 AM to 10 AM but we were not informed. We were so used to everyone showing up on time that we were very surprised that there was no one waiting in the hotel reception at 9 AM. We contacted Yulia and she cleared it up quickly,

We would recommend booking the tour group in a hotel nearer to the Moscow Kremlin rather than at a hotel about 20 minutes by Metro or by car.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Express to Russia and will have no hesitation in recommending my family and friends to use their services.

We are grateful to Yulia and Express to Russia for making our first visit to Russia a very pleasant and memorable one.

We tried to order train tickets in Russia before we got there through internet but we had to find a good and trustful company to do so. We found Expresstorussia.com! They had very good and fast service for us.
It was almost the same I received the train tickets. I would like to use their service next time!

My wife and myself have booked tickets for transsiberian train this summer via Express to Russia. We have received the electronic tickets on time, as per the schedule. Now our vacations are over, everything (reservation, tickets, etc.) have been OK, no problem at all, the transiberian has been a great experience.

We are from USA and I needed help with our Russian Visa's. Anastasia from Travexpress sent us the visa Support Letters but the ILS Russian Visa Agency in New York rejected the support letters due to some minor errors in Date format.
I contact Anastasia again directly from the ILS Visa Agency office in New York to ask for assistance as it would mean coming back to the agency again and wasting another day.
Anastasia Tomnikova immediately attended to my email and within 20 minutes new letters of Visa Support were sent to both us and the Visa Agency directly. This company has reasonable charges and the service is excellent. If ever you require any travel assistance to Russia I strongly suggest you use this company.
I had no prior knowledge about this company and found them on the internet. I am so happy I did so !

I booked visa services and transsiberian ticket (002-Moscow to UlanUde) for July 01, 2016 journey. I am based in Bahrain and was initially skeptical about doing it online as this was my first visit to Russia with family (wife and 02 young kids of age 03,07) and I didnt want to take any chances. I bought train tickets for the Trans-Siberian Rail, for St Petersburg and on to Finland through Express To Russia, and when I ran into trouble (and out of time) compiling documents for my visa, they produced a visa 'invitation' within an hour of ordering it. Given the situation, that was a huge sigh of relief, and I was able to achieve the visa in the nick of time.
In all dealings they were fast, efficient and made the trip-planning process issue-free. I highly recommend their services.

We used Express to Russia for our train transfer from Moscow to our hotel and also for a lovely, informative private tour go Peterhof in St Petersburg. Yulia and her group are very easy to access and ask questions by email. Our train transfer driver met us at the train, was pleasant, knowledgable, and very helpful. He made getting form the train to our hotel so easy. Our private guide and driver to Peterhof met us at the hotel and went over and above to show us the sites on the way, at, and on the way home from Peterhof. Very sweet, knowledgeable, professional.
