I've ordered watches online before with other 'well known' websites and had bad experiences. I'm a lot more cautious these days so chose to call express watches just to be sure... They were fantastic and made me realise they could be trusted. After speaking with them I placed my order at 1pm on a Friday and the watch arrived 10am Saturday! Simply an outstanding service and a shop I'll be using again.

The website is easy, uncluttered and displays accurate stock. Can't beat the price and making contact is easy and the response is pleasant and courteous. Delivery within hours as promised.

Ordered a new Seiko watch on Monday at noon, postman delivered the watch the next day, that's what I call express service , well done Express Watches. The watch was very keenly priced, the best I have found on the net for the model I wanted.

Two years on, I recently returned to Express Watches to buy a solar watch for my wife. As when I made my earlier purchase, I enjoyed an outstanding service from initial enquiry to rapid delivery. All through my sometimes trifling enquiries and requests, I received the most helpful and friendly replies. The watch is exactly as advertised and at a bargain price.
My only complaint is the lack of rating space above, to award Express Watches TEN, not five stars.

I was unsure about using Express Watches, there prices were cheaper than the big boys in this game. So after lots of searching on the internet & local shops I decided to give them a go.
So glad I did I saved over £90, the watch arrived next day well wrapped & I was delighted

After much online research I ordered my Seiko Kinetic SUN019P1 Divers Watch from ExpressWatches.co.uk for a number of reasons.

They are an Authorised Seiko stockist and based in the UK. The prices were one of the cheapest I found (even more so with the coupon code), postage was included and feedback other people had left was positive.

The order process was smooth and swift with no issues going through the checkout. I received email confirmation of my order and was soon followed up with a personal, non automated email updating me with my delivery times from Christopher.

After a little confusion with regards to the delivery date, I made a call to the store and was dealt with by a very polite member of staff who advised me that Christopher was away for a few days but I should contact him by replying to the email he sent me.

I did as she suggested and my email was responded to within minutes. After a couple of email exchanges with Christopher, my query was resolved. He even offered to increase the delivery from Special Delivery to Special Delivery 9am.

My watch arrived bang on 7am on the day he said it would and what a beauty it is.

I cannot fault the service of Expresswatches.co.uk at all and would recommend them without hesitation.

I'm one happy customer.
