Best price I could find, quick secure delivery, can't fault it.

When I ordered online the email response was prompt telling me that the order had been placed. I contacted the company by email to ask when delivery would take place and they came back immediately to say the order had been despatched and I would receive it the following day which is exactly what happened.
They could possibly improve the tracking of the order system as I found it difficult to get information.

The best price I could find, delivery within 48 hours and the watch is perfect.

I work in Egypt, where I currently am so I asked for and received a couple favors concerning the shipping, specifically when to send my purchase.I was immediately told it was not a problem, they were glad to assist. I cannot ask for better than that.

I wanted to buy my son a Seiko Solar divers watch for his 30th. Expresswatches had the lowest price and I ordered it on Saturday and I received it on Monday.

At the time they were doing a 10% discount, I put my order through without remembering to put in the discount code. I telephoned Expresswatches and explained the situation. They were very understanding and refunded my credit card with the 10% discount. A very happy transaction and I will happily buy a watch from them again.

I found the watch i wanted in the high street but it was more than I wanted to spend. Got the watch considerably cheaper from expresswatches and it was delivered the next working day. My only criticism (and it is probably not entirely fair) is that the outer box for the watch was damaged. However there was plenty of padded packaging around the box when delivered and this probably has more to do with Royal Mail than expresswatches. Great price and service.

Choose my watch locally, went online to Express Watches was surprised at the great price, checked out the company all good reviews, they are a real shop in a real location and not just an Internet company found this to be very comforting.
I placed my order within the sale deadline and elected to pay using PayPal, the payment and ordering went smoothly but I'd omitted to give my wrist size so I followed up the order with an Email and then a phone call on the Monday morning as I'd ordered Sunday evening. had a pleasant conversation with the proprietor who said he would contact his son immediately to size the strap, hopefully before it was dispatched.
Order arrived on time and sizes correctly.
