Everything top marks. Delivery on time. I used ladders straight away (not fully extended at this time) and found them to be sturdy and up to the job designed for, especially for the price. Lady at the works kept in touch by phone all through the transaction, and even phoned to see that I had received the ladders and that they where in good condition, which they where. Completely satisfied with service and product. Will definitely recommend.

Incredible Service
A fabulous service from start to finish, with next day delivery from London to west of Glasgow for a 10m triple extention ladder. Calls and emails to keep me updated and check I was happy with the item once I took delivery. Felt like I was adopting one of their own and not buying a ladder.
