This is actually a very good product, I really love it, there's no malfunctioning

took money for an order that they didnt have stock for. been waiting for 2 weeks now for delivery when i was promised delivery thursday 21st.
its now monday the 25th and still nothing!!!

Absolutely awfull customer service very rude people working here.sent out a yellow rubber ladder with black rubber stabilisers and telling me dont have time frame to hear back from suppliers.keep blaming suppliers when i have paid them i dont want to hear about suppliers.first time using them and would be last

I wish I could give zero stars… AVOID this company at all costs…. Received wrong ladders, we was told to return but WE had to pay for a courier service.. then we contacted them 2 weeks later to chase refund and was told they will not refund us and as a gesture of good will they will dispose of our items… now they have our goods and money - ignoring all emails - we are out of pocket 350 pound! No replies to emails… TERRIBLE- PLEASE AVOID

I ordered a drabest ladder, it stated on the website that the ladder was 1.64m closed, it turned up at 1.8m closed. Took weeks to get it collected for return. Drabest claimed the 1.64m measurement was correct and only agreed to return when I emailed a video of the measurement. They missed 2 collections. and took about 8 weeks to actually refund me.

Ordered ladder which was delivered quick enough.
Have had a problem with the ladder that I purchased. Have sent a few emails to Ladder Sales Direct but still have not had my query answered fully by them or manufacturer. Have asked for full refund - still no reply??? I understand we are in troubled times due to COVID-19 but very disappointed with after sales service as this product was purchased during lock down.
