Great product, not so great customer service.
The product is great. The ladder is fantastic and worth the cost. I definitely recommend it.
However I would rate the service as mediocre. I was left in the dark about the delivery date and had to contact the call centre multiple times.

Excellent ladders and superb service
Excellent choice of ladders at very good prices. Easy to use website with detailed information. My ladder, it turned out was not in stock but they contacted me to ask if a later date was convenient. Excellent service at any time but even more significant during the last few months.

Good 7step ladder.
Had to wait a few weeks for delivery but probably due to the Covid situation.
The ladder itself looks very sturdy and good quality and not too heavy for a 70 ish lady to move around.!! Quite pleased with it.

The three stage 'Lyte' ladder.
The three stage 'Lyte' ladder with pulleys is reassuringly heavy and it does take two people to put it vertically against a wall, but once positioned it is very easy to take it to the exact height required with the pulleys. This was amazingly smooth and takes no effort at all.
Generally an excellent piece of kit.
NB. delivered ahead of schedule also.

Happy with the product and happy with the price however the customer service not so good. Absolutely no information or update on when the ladder was being delivered. Even after sending an email asking for an update I still got no response however 2 days later (14 days after order placed) the ladder arrived.
