I have already sent a note registering my disappointment with the product received but thus far have not had a response.
The Platform Ladder I got was clearly a more basic unit to that described and shown on the website and the poor finish of the drilled holes necessitated the use of gloves during assembly. Mine had only one stabiliser foot not two and the platform itself was only attached on one side not both as illustrated.
I note that the same description & illustration is still on the website which is very misleading.

I ordered a lightweight six step platform ladder for maintenance jobs around the house, inside and out and including the garden wherever I have a firm surface to stand it on. It is certainly very light and easy to carry. As long as you are on a level surface, it feels very secure and the platform is useful for your cleaning materials etc. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Good value for money.

The first ladder that arrived was not the one I had ordered. I spent two days contacting the company trying to arrange for the wrong ladder to be collected and delivery of the correct ones!
When I eventually got the correct ladder ( 5 days later), I found them to be not very sturdy, in fact I dare not extend them fully as they shake constantly. In hindsight I wished I had paid for a better quality ladder.

Easy to navigate website. Found the ladder I needed. Speedy delivery and have used it to successfully paint all the wood cladding on the outside of my house. Felt secure but also easy to move around and position. Very happy with the service from end to end :)

Due to covid it took a bit longer then expected for the ladders to arrive, but the wait was worth it because they’re perfect for the jobs I needed them for and I wasn’t in any hurry to do them.

The support legs are brilliant, they're very simple to attach to any decent quality ladder, using the template and fixings supplied. Makes working at height a lot safer

Ladder stabiliser is very well made and works really well. I would recommend and not use my ladder again without this product.

Sadly, as a 79 year old, the ladder was way too heavy for me to use. Therefore I gave it away at the first opportunity.

Good range including exactly what I needed, in stock, and available for a competitive price. It was easy to place my order, and delivery was quick. I don't buy many ladders... but the next time I need to this is where I'll go.

Prompt service, the brackets were easily fixed with a bit of drilling and have solved the storage problem in the yard at the side of the house. They are still looking good after a year in place (I don't rush my reviews) and are solid and secure. Good value and good quality

Step and stabiliser base both make life less stressful up a ladder, should have got them years ago.

I had to get new ladders because my old ones while good had disappeared to other people and the legal specification had changed. Being a landlord , people work for me and I provide up to date access equipment, sometimes uniquely for a given location. So how do you cope with the fresh Spec? You chose a British manufacturer who meets the new standards. I don’t want to think about the standard and this manufacturer meets it. Then you come to price - it is competitive. Then comes delivery - they deliver without having to stretch across the world. I used to buy my ladders locally but one by one the outlets closed down or were taken over and you were left with a take it or leave it choice and it they did not have it in stock you ha to wait for a special order which took long time to process. With thiS supplier I can order even a special and it will come from choice made over the Internet. My debit card is accepted anD it is factored By the bank so it is not a scam - you will get delivery. Once ordered On line I do not have to worry about quality, spec, standard or delivery. I get what I pay for.
