Very pleased with my purchase. It took a while to arrive but I expect that was due to the unusual circumstances of the moment. The ladder is very stable and the handrail and tool tray make me feel much more comfortable than my ordinary steps. I don't wobble at all which is great.

Thoroughly recommend this company and product

I was sold a set of extending Lyte Ladders that were advertised as being 6.7m long. The ladders were delivered and the BS kitemark sticker on the side stating they are 6.7m long.

However, when I first tried to use them at the maximum extent to reach my gutters I cam up short. I then measured the ladders on the ground and they were just 6.08m.

I called Ladders Direct to complain, but they said since I hadn't reported it within a week they wouldn't help me. But I noticed they changed their website!

So poor product description, and very poor attitude to customer service. Their mistake, but I'm left with a £180 set of ladders which I'll have to ebay.

Really good quality, well priced ladder system. Just what we needed.

We had searched for ages to find a suitable step at a particular height, on arrival it was not the height as stated in fact no where near, when we complained we had to send photos showing the actual height as they didn't believe us. It took numerous attempts to get it returned as the collection service is horrendous.
I will and never have recommend this company

Ladders arrived quickly with full tracking, during shipment a piece of the ladder fell off but a replacement was sent quickly. Great customer service and a big thumbs up from me!
