Have promised to refund me now for over 3 months.

Delighted to have found ladder sales direct - fantastic product, really well priced and super quick delivery (much faster than most 'big businesses.) I highly recommend this business and will certainly shop with them again - brilliant.

I ordered my combination ladder which was delivered swiftly despite the issues surrounding Covid-19.

It appears to be in working order but have not had cause to test it as of yet.

Avoid this company be warned. Ordered a ladder it came but too small. Spoke to them and they said return it at my own cost (cheapest parcelforce). They said it will take 10 days to return the payment. Then I can order a larger one. The 10 days came and went I rephoned and they said they need 10 working days. I waited 15 then phoned and they said I sent it back to them and it should of gone to their supplier? I said no as their website gives an address the previous person said to send it to that address. I've had confirmation that it arrived and where is the refund. They said they needed to check with their supplier to make sure they received it? They did so and confirmed that their supplier had received it. Still no refund. Luckily I paid via paypal and I escalated to a complaint. On speaking to them again they said if I cancel the paypal complaint they will refund me. I explained again that this is not how it works because as soon as they refund me the complaint automatically goes away. They said regardless of this they will now contact paypal and guess what still no refund. This is a fraudulent company beware!

Found the Drabest 3 in 1 Multi-Purpose ladder that I wanted at a brilliant price. It has already helped me do several awkward jobs around the house and garden.

It's all too easy these days to criticise firms and shops when things go wrong. So, when a firm does everything right and then goes the extra mile, like this firm did, i think its important to recognise that.
