Excellent service from beginning to end
Having placed my order I was contacted on the number I provided to update me on the progress of my purchase. I was informed of a delivery date and also informed that it would be possible to be updated on the delivery time on the morning of the delivery. My purchase arrived extremely well packaged and in excellent condition.

Great from start to finish. Great communication, super quick delivery, upgraded the ladder to one that was £30 more expensive as the one we ordered was out of stock.

15 rung triple extension ladder
I bought these ladders to access roof line gutters and access solar panels etc.
I found them to be priced below other silimar products, however the quality is equally as good.
The ladders arrived very well packaged and the suppliers were very happy to arrange a convenient delivery day.
When using fully extended, I feel confident and safe, these ladders are solid. I use a stand offf too, as it makes work easier and safer.
In short, great ladders, well priced and no dramas.

No prices for P&P. It said it was free P&P then we had to pay another £24 on top of the already stated free postage. Considering you pay the delivery company each month and they are where I live all the time. Delivery was fast.
