Delivery was only communicated after I asked about delivery and only replied to the email on the day of the delivery, I didnt see the email until after the delivery slot. No phone call, and then left the delivery in front of the garage which meant no access to the garage until everything moved.

Great company to order tiles from
Very happy with my new tiles. They look beautiful and have transformed my patio and garden.
Particularly impressed with the robust packaging - arrived in almost perfect condition with no breakages. I asked for a delayed delivery and they were dispatched in good time to meet that. Delivery guys were great too. I would definitely recommend exterior pavers.

Laying my own patio
The pavers ( kandella grey) were much lighter than shown on the Web site. Decided to still use. Paving slurry was late but had been advised by the company this could happen. Projoint product very disappointing. Difficult to mix and dried much lighter than shown on tub lid. Should have been mid grey, dried almost white.

Exterior Pavers were very efficient and helpful but unfortunately their third party delivery was pretty poor and the reason for not giving 5 stars. Next day delivery arrived at 5.20pm with only one man to shift pallets of porcelain tiles on a very rickety old sack barrow
