the workers where happy to navigate me to the warehouse and delivered the tiles into my car without me leaving the car. They were so polite and made the trip so much easier. Customer service was excellent.

Rubbish place
Rubbish place! Delivered my tiles but some are damaged. Instead of replacing the tiles, they told me I have to pay for the delivery again?! Absolutely rubbish customer service will not recommend this place which is a shame as the tiles were lovely....

Ordered 48 thick (30mm) 600x600 mm Beton driveway porcelain tiles at £49.99 per square metres. The patio design meant was that of tiles sitting on gravel with most of the edges exposed. As porcelain is such a hard material, and with the 30mm, I thought I would be safe. I ordered two extra, in case of damages, not realising 10 of them (20% plus) would be damaged!! Two damaged on the surface and 8 with broken edges. They obviously were stored in an inappropriate manner, stacked and then damaged by taking tiles off or putting others on.
Upon their review they stated as they were still within “BS EN 14411” the tiles were okay to be chipped when not on the surface, and therefore they wouldn’t exchange or refund. In their communication they referred to “tiny chips” whilst they ranged from 1 to 7 (!!) cm. They also didn’t want to admit fault in their storage conditions, said they were stacked and that the chips happened before they arrived in their warehouse (why accept them then to be passed onto customers??).
In the end, they offered a tiny (this time genuinely tiny) refund, which I had to chase up. I had to alter the patio design to ensure damage was not visible as they didn’t offer a swap of undamaged tiles either. In hindsight, I found them unpleasant and defensive to deal with, and am expecting a long response with reference to BS and how they “tried to accommodate” in response to this review.
The delivery company they use is timely, friendly and helpful.
I am sure they are a great company if you are not bothered about the condition of the tiles, however, I would not order from them again and urge others to approach with caution.

Pls. be informed that, the intended use of the tiles you have bought is to install them on the floor with traditional installation way with fully grouted gaps or over pedestal system. Therefore all the tiles were checked by our and factory's QCs on this way of use. If you have consulted this to us before we you bought the products, it would be very easy for us to guide you to select the product you need.
We have also checked the pictures you have send but none of these pictures had any fault which could be seen on the surface of the tile hence they are all classified as First Choice item as per the tile manufacturing standards.
We have already refunded the cost of broken tiles and if there is anything we can do, pls get in touch with customer service department.
