Ordered a paving slab unfortunately they only came in packs of ten but I didn't check so lovely chap rang first thing next day and explained and arranged a refund for me which arrived promptly back in my bank

Amazing tiles at low price
The tiles looked plain and ok on the pictures, and I did not want to spend a lot for the area I was tiling. When they arrived, delivered super fast? They were stunning!?
They look so much meter than the image. I am so happy with this purchase!

From my initial request for samples…
From my initial request for samples from Exteriorpavers varied selection to my final order, everything went very smoothly. Staff were helpful and informative and I am very pleased with my chosen porcelain paving. Prices are competitive and represent value for money.
The only slight negative was that I was only given an hours notice of delivery which wasn’t very helpful.

Tiles color not same as website, delivery arrange is to good
Before received goods no email notice whem delivery, but received email after goods diivery. What a mess arrangement?
The tiles color was different with website, not my expected color.

We have received your order on Thursday, 8th of December and our system sent you an order confirmation and your order was dispatched on the same day. We have sent a notification email to your email address you have put when you ordered. That email also include the invoice.
On Monday, 12th of December, our logistic partner(Palletways) sent a notification SMS message to your mobile number which you have put while you were ordering. It was sent at 8:50am and advised you that your order is going to be delivered on that day. At 09:20, they have sent another message to your phone with ETA 12:00-14:00 and delivery was completed at 15:15 on the same day.
If you have put a wrong phone number or email address, that might be the reason why you could not receive any notification. Pls check if you put all details correctly.
If everything was correct then pls kindly inform us so we can investigate this with our logistic partner in detail.
