Arkis Dark - Disappointment
To ensure good customer experience and avoid disappointment, it's important to see a sample before order. In my case I did and still ended with a huge disappointment. The order received is well off the sample I paid for and miles off the image on their website. Simply exhausted and frustrated with it all. Happy to upload images of the sample, the actual order and image shown on website, but don't seem to have the option to do so on Trustpilot.

Amazing service, products and price.
Had the Grs Geo slabs in stock when my local places said they were unavailable. Delivered quickly and packed Very well. All in perfect condition, stacked sideways and had corner protection. Very helpful and quick to respond to questions too. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Quick delivery, excellent products. When viewing samples, be aware that they may not be representative of a whole tile because they can only be a small section. Therefore, the actual tiles may be even better than the samples. Make sure to take the photographs into account as well.

Unbeatable Customer Service
NBT Building Services have found Exterior Pavers to be very helpful and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We needed 65 sq m of small format porcelain pavers and they offered to get them cut at their factory in Italy for a very reasonable price. The long lead time plus shipping wasn't an issue for us as the job was at the early planning stage and the long lead time worked out fine. The finished job looks fantastic, and we couldn't be more pleased. We will certainly use Exterior Pavers again for our next porcelain job.

Sent wrong tiles
I bought some very nice look tiles which I was going to actually put in my bathroom, as Iv ripped my bathroom out Iv paid £105 for a Saturday delivery to get my bathroom back together ASAP. Anyway the tiles that I received looked nothing like the tiles I ordered they didn’t even have the same name, even though they kept telling me it’s definitely the one I ordered, which I still don’t believe completely different colour and name. So they then sent me a sample out which was closer to the picture on my original order, so I said great get them swapped. They refused to swap them and offered me a refund for the cost of the tiles only and just said keep the tiles.
I don’t understand why they wasted another day for me sending me sample if wasn’t going to swap them. Would never use this website again wouldn’t trust the photos of the products.
In response to there reply, I understand there may be slight differences in the tiles but this was a massive difference not a slightly lighter shade it was completely different. I didn’t really have the time to muck around with samples prior to my order hence paying the stupid amount of £105 for a Saturday delivery I was in a hurry on the job which you’ve now knocked me back a week. I would expect the pictures advertised to be accurate. Having different names is also very confusing for me I ordered a tile called geo mid grey and got a tile called Dakota???
And I sent an email after receiving a different sample saying that’s much better can you get them swapped, I not sure how you miss understand that for me not liking them. Iv now ordered from a different site with a much more reasonable courier charge I might add.

Like we tried to explain to you, all the names on our website are "our trade names" and the "actual product names" may be different than the website. But the EAN code of the products are always same and they can be found on the product description. Therefore you have received exactly what you have ordered from our website.
Regarding the picture of the product on our website we use the images we received from suppliers directly which is also being used to print over the tile. All our tiles has different graphics on every 10-20 tiles depending on model and we can only show 2-3 images for each product max. So the the tile you compare may be different than the tile we show on our website because the graphics of that tile is different. By this way, our products looks more natural and rich in color. Also the color see on your screen may vary depending on resolution, type of your computer or phone screen as well.
Therefore, we have SAMPLE TILE option for each product we sell. The reason why we offer a sample tile is to prevent any similar situations like this one. If you have ordered a sample tile before you place your order, you would see the actual color of the product.
Regarding the sample you received, we think there was a misunderstanding cause we thought you did not like the color of sample we sent and you wanted a refund. If that is not the case, pls get in touch with us from our office phone or email to send the tiles to you again FOC like we refunded your first payment.
