Ordered 12 tiles one of the tiles had four large melted glass drops in the middle of the tile, that could not be removed.Exteriorpavers offered to replace the tile if I paid the couriers delivery fee, this should have been free of charge.as their quality control should have seen the damaged tile before dispatch.

Super service.
Super service!! The only place we could find who sold individual slabs. We ordered porcelain paving and, close to delivery, we realised we needed more. We phoned up to see if we could add to the order so as not to incur extra delivery charges. The gentleman we spoke to was extremely helpful and talked us through how to do this. The slabs arrived the next day with the extras. Delighted!!

The delivery Lories machine was not working properly so my husband with the bad back have to help to bring the pallet nearer the gate.

Let down by delivery service.
They seemed good but the delivery service was poor TPN, because they’d put you on hold and and nobody would answer, meaning I couldn’t get a time to take delivery

I recently purchased 60m2 of porcelain…
I recently purchased 60m2 of porcelain pavers. The reason I choose this company was due to the huge choice of porcelain on display at the showroom in Knutsford and the amount of stock they had on the premises ready for immediate shipping or collection, which other suppliers did not seem to offer.
The porcelain seemed good quality to work with and looks great when laid, more importantly, it was well packaged and delivered with no damage at all, again, unlike other suppliers my installer had used. I decided to complete more area of the garden and needed to return for a further 10m2 which they had in stock and ready to collect the same day.
Highly recommended.

Quality product. No breakages. Shall recommend for sure. Free delivery on certain purchases, based on price. Other suppliers wanted £120 no matter what. Save yourself time and money. Be sure to order same batch number. No help could be given after I ordered another batch. 5mm difference.
