Had porcelain slabs from here before and first time a few arrived chipped which they replaced with no bother. Second time I got them no chips at all. Great product at a good price.

Terrible customer service
I ordered 18 pavers from this company. They arrived and was left on the drive without a signature. Due to work commitments and weather I was unable to open the package until 22 days after delivery. 11 pavers out of 18 delivered are damaged and in useable. The company have no interest in helping me out with sorting replacements.
Use with caution!!!!

Louis we are sorry to hear about your experience, however you should have been notified by the courier regarding delivery. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for leaving the goods unopened or unchecked for 22 days. As we were not notified of the damages for over 22 days after delivery and as is clear in our delivery policy that time frames apply regarding communicating issues we can only react within that time frame. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Steph at Exteriorpavers for all her help with my order. There has been excellent communication from start to finish through no fault of their own there was an issue with the delivery and the weight of our road. Steph spent a lot of time between me and the transport company trying to sort a solution. Top class service and product would highly recommend.
