Tornado Turbo tube inline extraction fan issues.

This review is for the product, not the supplier.
Tornado Turbo tube prof.
Worked fine for two ish years, then didn’t, checked the power supply, fuse etc. all good. Opened the connection box, checked connections and speed jumper.
Looked at the paperwork, no advice, no manufacturers phone number or website.
Found the company name and and mailing address elsewhere, so absolutely no help whatsoever. Is this legal? In view of safety advice.
